Very comfortable hotel, clean and helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast Buffet. Powerful shower. As I was travelling mid week I thought the restaurant would be open. Unfortunately it wasn't as it was a German Holiday. A pity! However there is a lovely Italian retaurant in the town called Trattoria Maccheroni which was lovely and very friendly.

Location,clean,good breakfast Stayed on sunday and monday booked through my colleague and everything was fine including the price. Stayed again on the following thursday and the price was too high and the internet didnt work which spoilt my visit. For129 Euro I would expect a lesiure facility. Hotel was far from busy.

Nothing was above average The food at the restaurant wazs ugly. The temperature in the room was exaggerately high, too hot and it was not possible to really control/lower it.

Room had air con, and second door from lobby / bathroom area to bedroom good for additonal sound insulation - meant for good night's sleep no disruption from fellow guests returning to rooms later. Breakfast at 15 euros very expensive

Wifi worked, bathroom was nice, tv in the room was good, nice decor of the bedroom. The double bed was awful, very soft and spongy, for a 4 star hotel the bed should atlease be adequate, but the spongy filmsy double bed and pillows were appalling standard, also the bed duvet that was provided was more like for children rather then adults, very small in size for a double bed and adult.

I was visiting the British Army headquearters in Germany and it is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and hlepful and the hotel is clean and tidy. Disappointed that the restaurant is not open at a weekend.

All the staff spoke English and they were very helpful and accommodating. The gym/spa was not in the hotel. You had free access to one down the road but it's not the same as having it inside the hotel.

I have stayed here before, it has free parking and free wireless. Rooms are of a good size and are also quiet (very little traffic noise) although the hotel is not in the middle of nowhere

Wir (Vater mit 7-jährigem Sohn aus der Nähe von Leipzig) waren vom 13.- 14.08.11 im Best Western. Wir verbrachten ein Fussballwochenende bei einem Heimspiel der Gladbacher Borussen. Das Hotel war voll mit Fussballfans und kurz vor dem Spiel gab es natürlich ein ständiges Kommen und Gehen. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von der Höflichkeit und Tüchtigkeit der Dame an der Rezeption, die den ganzen Tag bis spät abends (da dann zusätzlich noch an der Bar) einen Super-Job gemacht hat. Ein Großes Lob dafür! Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, klimatisiert und mit einem guten Bad/WC ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.
