Quite and location The reception staff attitude, particularly 1 female staff, quite tall one, the rooms were two separate beds with connection and as i had my fiance with me i found difficult to sleep the separate bed connected together as the mattress was moving in and out.

Close to main train station and central square(really good placed). Very nice entrance/guest realations floor. Intresting style of room. I liked coffee machine in room, but really was missing simple kettle for tea. Knocking in my room housekeeping :)

That it is so close to our son's apartment. The lobby was nice and open. Good selection in the fridge. Reusing towels is a nice energy-saving idea. Soap dispenser didn't work well. Prefer a bar of soap. TV remote control didn't work. Slide chain on door was mounted backwards.

Convenient to bus and rail stations, and city centre. While my bill was 140 euro they foze 250 euro as security from my credit card which I am still waiting for two days after the bill has already been paid. Two single beds shoved together is NOT a double bed! The door handles are so close to the door jams it is difficult to open or lock the door without hurting your knuckles. Overall i think I think this hotel is overpriced, as all hotels are in Mannheim for whatever reason.

Good location and reasonable price. There is a big parking place nearby. it's about 5-7 mins on foot from the station. It's not too far from the shopping areas. The price for the room is quite reasonable and the room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location away from noisy town centre, but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants easily. Comfortable rooms. Free wifi in public areas. Free wifi for 30 minutes only; but long enough for emails etc.

The rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. We had been traveling for 14 days through Austria, Italy, and Germany at that point and needed to find something close to the Frankfurt Flughafen. We found the Best Western Delta Hotel on the internet because it was close to the train station and had a good price. It ended up being one of the nicer rooms of our trip. Beautiful bathroom, quiet room, comfortable beds, free coffee, refrigerator, sitting table and chairs, internet. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Did not choose breakfast, which visitors can buy separately.

We asked for 2 rooms interconnected. There were none available. They gave us a room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It addressed our needs and they charged us 1.5 times instead of 2 rooms. inside the room it has a good coffee maker, room was very big and it was comfortable. The smell outside. It was like living in a refinery.

big rooms, free wi-fi Standart double rooms do not have air conditioning... and it is 4 stars hotel!!! It was very stuffy in the room at night... so i had to change room for up level room.... for 15 euros... It was complitely the same room but with old air conditioning which worked very noisy.. but worked:)))

Large comfortable & clean room, helpful staff, well placed for exploring the city, easy access to railway & trams. Secure parking - important for me as I travelled by motorcycle. A complimentary bottle of water on 1st day only, at the price it could have been daily. Bar badly placed and didn't feel particularly welcoming (the bar not the staff).

Hotellet lå et par minutters gange fra leiligheten til det venneparet som min kone og jeg var sammen med under Tysklandsoppholdet vårt. Riktignok var det mye støy fra utestedet Manhattan vis-à-vis som holdt oss våkne en av nettene. Toilettsåpedispenseren over vasken på badet var ikke full da vi ankom og ble ikke fylt opp før siste dag. Den er vanskelig å betjene når den er nesten tom. Hva er det som er galt med et mer "konservativt" såpetilbud?
