Easy to go to the city. Good value for money. Free Internet And staff very friendly

Hotel with very spacious and well equipped rooms in a quiet but central location, a few minutes on foot from the main station. Very good value for money.

Wifi did not work in our room, for both days. A real problem, and I will not stay there again because of this. I had to sit in the lobby till one am to work.

Cleanness, very good location, good staff that they can speak English... Everything was fine, next time i will go to this hotel again.

Comfortable hotel in quiet location a few minutes walk from railway station and city centre. Very happy with my choice to stay here.

I can just walk in and do my business. Everything I need is there. Uncomplicated and helpful, well-trained staff always on duty.

System for getting wireless link is too complicated. I think that it should be set up for me when I walk in the room, so I can just use it.

Excellent staff at reception and restaurant, clean quiet hotel, allthough in middle of the city and walking distance from railwaystation. Free WIFI. Dinner in hotel restaurant good and not expensive.

Breakfast 18euros too expensive, WIFI signal in room very bad. Hotel could invest in new pillows maybe.

+ the stuffs are very nice and helpful + close to the bus station to the luisionpark, which is interesting for little kids; a small playground is also closeby + supermarket and cafes are also nearby

10 minutes by walk to central railway station is a little bit longer if you‘ve luggages，better to hire a taxi.

Everything was perfect. High comfort overall.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. It was pretty close to an area for sightseeing and dinner options, (but you had to find it yourself as the desk personnel was not helpful with directions). The walk from the train station was convienent.

That the only option for breakfast was a buffet that was very expensive. We are light eaters and you could not even get coffee unless you opted for the buffet. Also we arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm and they had no restaurant open for even a light snack, just the bar. Having never been to the city we had to just go out walking until we could find a place to eat. And again this hotel indicated that there was free wifi in the rooms, but it did not work with the pass code they gave us. The only place we could get connect was in the lobby. Not great if you were planning on down work related activities.

Smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor across the hall for one another. Smoking allowed in air conditioned rooms. The odor was in the carpet, the walls and the air unit. The room was air refreshed by the staff, but was still not helpful. Not cool for allergy sufferers. Hotel staff had given our rooms away. Hotel Staff stated that smoking rooms were not preferred at time of booking. There was no option to request a non-smoking room on this site.
