Really a nice best western !

Location, staff friendliness, comfort and quality

The hotel was central to the town and had well lit and spacious parking under the hotel. The room was clean and the internet connection worked perfectly. The quality and service of the evening dinner was great and the choice of food at breakfast was very impressive.

very smart and comfortable hotel. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the christmas market and it was perfectly located for this. It was especially good to get interconnecting rooms as we were travelling with small children and the breakfast was excellent.

Very pleasant hotel, clean room, good facilities. Rooftop bar and close to centre of Esslingen. Staff very pleasant and friendly, breakfast excellent.

Location and design of the hotel. It was relaxing and had many areas to read a book outside of my room.

When I was downstairs reading a book I requested a glass of wine which was provided quickly. However after that I did not receive any service and had to continually go to the bar to request food and addtional wine.

The location was excellent for the old town. The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were modern and comfortable. We woould recommend.

The hotel is a modern, business type hotel. The rooms are very attractive and pleasant but not air conditioned. All the usual amenities were supplied. Since we were there in May, our room was comfortable with the windows opened. Free wi-fi was available in the lobby area. We did not try the hotel restaurant but instead walked into the old town of Esslingen where we found a terrific Greek restaurant. Esslingen is on the outskirts of Stuttgart.

As our rooms faced the street, there was a good bit of road noise. If the windows had been closed, I doubt we would have heard anything. However, it was quite warm and without a fan, the room was too stuffy for us with the windows closed.

Schlechtes, nicht zeitgemäßes Frühstück in völlig ungemütlicher Athmosphäre: Nervtötend ist jedes Mal das viel zu frühe Abräumen (ab ca. 09:00) der Tische sowie ein Gast den Tisch verlassen hat, und noch Gäste anwesend sind. 5-6 Personen sind damit beschäftig, und man fühlt sich geradzu Rausgeschmissen, während sich für das Nachlegen am Buffet niemand verantwortlich fühlt! Diese Vorgehensweise verleidet den Aufenthalt in einem ansonsten durchaus angenehmen Haus!

Man konnte nicht mit Diners Club die Rechnung bezahlen beim Abreisen, obwohl das überall so vermekt ist ! !

Sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die tolle Nähe zur Altstadt. Die Tiefgarage im Haus. Die leichte Erreichbarkeit.

Es hatte keine Informationen (prospekte) über den Mittelaltermarkt im Hotel, sehr schlecht, ist doch das der Hauptgrund wiso die Gäste in dieser Jahreszeit nach Esslingen kommen. Mussten am Abend in der Loby ca. 20 Minuten warten bis man uns bediente. Es lagen Zeitungen am Boden und das Personal plus Chef de Service liefen mehrmals daran vorbei, ohne die Zeitungen aufzulesen, ein Gast hatt das dann erledigt. Ansonsten sehr freundlich.
