Best Western Euro-Hotel Berlin  

i stay in this hotel for 4 days.the hotel is very good,the rooms are large the breakfast is perfect the staff are very friendly.the location in hotel is very beatifull it is 10 meters from metro and 5 station from alexanderplatz 5 minutes

Very clean, helpful staff, interesting location

Room facing the street was incredibly noisy - bring earplugs!

The hotel is very clean and modern, and at a moderate cost. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were wonderful, served in a room with an excellent view over the city. The location is also close to two of the U-bahn lines (u7 and u8). We needed to leave luggage for a week between two stays, which was done at no cost. Also, I hesitated to stay at an "American" hotel chain, because we didn't want to see only other Americans. However, most guests at the Best Western Euro-Hotel seem to be German or other Europeans; so, other than the name, it was a totally European hotel.

We really can't think of anything negative about the hotel -- attractive rooms, helpful staff, good internet access, excellent breakfasts. We would happily stay there again.

Nice smallish hotel, with breakfast included. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were very pleasant. Nice Bar area - prices for refreshments compatible with outside areas. Underground was directly accesible and was better than using the buses that stop outside gthe Hotel.

A well appointed and comfortable hotel in an excellent location for public transport. Bus 171 links Hermannplatz with the airport and U-Bahn lines u7 & u8 are right outside. The room had everything I need - comfortable bed, WC/shower and a kettle! Plenty of good restaurants nearby with a wide choice of cuisines. This is pretty much the ideal hotel for me and I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very reasonable price. Unbelievably easy journey from Schonefeld airport. Also very easy access to the rest of the city. When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage to pick on our way to the evening flight. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee on the room, but this was not the end of the world.

It is 150 metres from the underground giving easy access to anywhere in the city. There are several eating places in the immediate area and a large department store. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful particularly the breakfast maid. The price we paid, which included breakfast, was very reasonable. Whilst there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, there is a permanent station for guests use at any time in the bar next to reception. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast..and use of spa

That I asked for (with my online request ) a quiet room, as advertised there were some facing the innen hof...and I was facing Hermannplatz..I Lived in the area so know how noisy it is.The lifts were irregular...

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, breakfest was exellent and fresh, and the hotel is in a central location near the u-bahn. Many Pubs are in a walking distance.

Didn't bother me, but no refrigerator in the room.

Its situation to the bus routes and the underground couldn't have been any closer. Bus 171 takes you straight to the hotel from the airport and the underground u8 takes you to Alexanderplatz from there you can go anywhere near enough.The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

My only complaint is the pillow (only 1) and was far too soft and we had to ask for coffee and tea facilities in the room.

Helpfulness at reception. Good breakfast

We booked this hotel because it said it had on-site parking - but it didn'T. We arrived with a classic car and wouldn't have stayed here if we had known that. The room notes said that there were tea and coffee facilities in the room, but there weren't. When I asked at reception on the second day, I was told that I could request them, but we were not told that when we booked in. Similarly, there was no mini-bar in the room
