Its closed from the shopping area and metro station(Hermannplatz). Certain types of resturants around the area. Just to extend checkouut time till late, they gave me till 11:30 but i was prefered till 2pm |

My room had a smeely drain which was unpleasant and because I could not move rooms had to put up with it for 4 nights |

het hotel is goed ,goed gelegen voor een weekend Berlijn dichtbij bezienswaardigheden ,ontbijt is goed wij hadden 2 dagen koud water voor te douchen |

Schoon en voldoende functioneel. Super dicht bij de U-baan. Ruime voorraad folder-informatie. Prima ontbijt cq prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding Geen eetmogelijkheid. Een lobby die niet uitnodigd om daar eens lekker te gaan zitten. Maar ontevreden is te zwaar uitgedrukt. |

Excellente ligging aan U-bahn (achter de hoek) en bushalte (voor hotel). Keuzerijk ontbijtbuffet. Hotel met alles erop en eraan voor een perfecte stedentrip. |

Locatie erg goed. Ruime kamers en de receptie altijd bezet en erg behulpzaam. Het raam sloot niet erg goed. Hierdoor vooral 's nachts veel lawaai door verkeer. Het kon niet direkt worden geholpen en kregen voor de laatste 2 nachten (4 nachten in totaal) een andere kamer. Het lawaai van het verkeer was nu niet meer te horen. Ook kussens erg dun en kregen na 1 nacht een stel kussens erbij. De probleempjes werden dus direct aangepakt. |

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro conferenze Estrel (non a piedi!). vicinanza alle fermate del bus e alla metro. colazione migliorabile con qualcosa di dolce (es. croissant, torte o simili).la zona è ricca di posti dove mangiare, anche da asporto, ma pochissimi sono tedeschi. |

Sehr zentral gelegen, Zimmer zum Hinterhof war ruhig, freundlich, sauber (neues Badezimmer), geräumig, gut ausgestattet (Minibar, Wasserkocher, etc.), kompetenter Frühstücksservice, leckeres, reichhaltiges Buffet. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Nein. Bei der Buchung eines Zimmers würde ich allerdings Menschen die Wert auf Ruhe legen empfehlen darauf zu achten, daß es nicht zur Straße hin liegt. Der Hermannplatz ist sehr laut! |

Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt; das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein frisches Bier an der kleinen Bar gab's noch nach Mitternacht. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet bot etwas für jeden Gaumen. Bus und U-Bahn vor der Türe. Für Kurztrip ideal. Wer nachts bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, bekommt den Verkehrslärm der stark befahrenen Straße mit. |
