You cannot beat the location. Right next to the subway! Also, there was a market every day but the weekend right outside of the hotel. I cannot express how pleased I was with this location. Also, the hotel staff were very friendly.

I expected a slightly better breakfast after reading the reviews...as an American living in Germany I usually only expect a cold cuts breakfast but since we were staying in an American chain I expected waffles and sausage. Other than that the breakfast was fine, they had scambled eggs, a lunch sausage, lots of cold cuts and cereal...Also, other than a Mcdonalds and a few turkish restuarants, not much to eat in the area...

The location was what I wanted and this made my stay very attractive

everything was very clean.the staff were friendly,from cleaner to reception.the breakfast was very good.i would recomend this hotel to my friends.thank you for a lovely stay in berlin.oh and the christmas market was fab.

i liked everything about the hotel and will come back at sometime.

Central near underground Good to have Internet but initially very hard to connect too and even hotel receptionist could not do it.

Internet hard to connect to Breakfast cold and they ran out of some items by 10am even though it should run until 1030 would not have been worth 7 euros if not included in price

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very reasonable price. Unbelievably easy journey from Schonefeld airport. Also very easy access to the rest of the city. When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage to pick on our way to the evening flight. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee on the room, but this was not the end of the world.

It is 150 metres from the underground giving easy access to anywhere in the city. There are several eating places in the immediate area and a large department store. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful particularly the breakfast maid. The price we paid, which included breakfast, was very reasonable. Whilst there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, there is a permanent station for guests use at any time in the bar next to reception. We enjoyed our stay.

The quality of the staff

Its situation to the bus routes and the underground couldn't have been any closer. Bus 171 takes you straight to the hotel from the airport and the underground u8 takes you to Alexanderplatz from there you can go anywhere near enough.The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

My only complaint is the pillow (only 1) and was far too soft and we had to ask for coffee and tea facilities in the room.

Good quality hotel for your stay. Great location for transport links. Good breakfast buffet style. Staff very helpful and polite. Department store opposite and multitude of eateries , fast food outlets etc and small supermarkets selling everything you might need for your stay and open late in the area. This hotel is great value for money I would recommend it to all.

Value. Good, clean accommodations not overpriced. Nice breakfast, convenient to subway. Way more than adequate.

Very convenient location, in a vibrant neighborhood and close to a subway station supporting two lines, and yet good price and very good atmosphere and cleanliness.
