Based on expectations from previous reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It wasn't perfect, but for the money I thought it was pretty good. Staff were friendly enough, my room was clean and spacious, and everything worked. Contrary to some reviewers, I thought the breakfast was excellent, even at 9am on a Sunday morning. There aren't enough parking spaces to go round, so I ended up parking in the underground parking at the railway station -- not desperately inconvenient and not too expensive.

The price and location were perfect. My stay was enjoyable but the room was a bit small. Overall, I had a good experience staying there and would stay there again if I ever return to Erfurt.

Our top (4th) floor room had interesting roof-scape views and was sunny, modern and well-appointed. Breakfast buffet was generous, with plenty of staff on duty. There are parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. An efficient and friendly hotel. First impressions of the hotel, which occupies several adjoining premises, were mixed: the street outside is a bit gloomy and the hotel layout quirky, with the reception on the 1st floor and the flagship a la carte restaurant hidden downstairs by the parking lot. It took us a few hours to appreciate the hotel's real virtues. The hotel is also under the approach path to Erfurt's (not too busy) airport.

The place is very convienently located very close from main central station and near from city center which is very easily reached either by foot or by Strassenbahn. I did get a room located in the rear which was very quiet as asked before when booking. The quality of comfort,equipment and service can be regarded as "standard" for this category and price level. I was expecting a bath and found instead a shower and noticed on arrival, that the bathroom cleaning was really insufficient. The breakfast is ok, but again, nothing special for German tradition.To sum up : I found the place too expensive for what you are really getting in exchange.

Bei unserer Erfurt-Spezial Buchung sollten wir die Erfurt-Card( 2 x 12,90 Euro) zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis zahlen. Nach mehrmaligen Einreden und unter Vorlage unserer Buchungsbestätigung mußte der Mitarbeiter erst noch seinen Vorgesetzten fragen bis unsere Buchung bei Booking-com akzeptiert wurde.

Die Nähe zur historischen Altstadt. Wegen des Abendessens kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Gänsekeule war sehr neutral im Geschmack und wirkte wie mehrmals aufgewärmt. auch das Abendessen meiner Frau war nicht gut. Die Weinkarte ließ zu wünschen übrig.

エアフルト中央駅に近く観光に適していました。ミネラルウォーター１本無料のサービスあり。部屋が清潔で快- 適でした。 部屋代に朝食代が含まれているので多くは望めませんが、ホットミールの種類がもう少し多いとなお良いと思い- ます。

Das im 4.O.G. gelegene, ruhige Doppelzimmer. Der gut geschützte Parkplatz im Innenhof. Die Flexibilität der Hotelleitung Silvester/Neujahr, mit den entsprechenden Angeboten. Das Bild des Flachbildfernsehers war nicht, optimal von der Größe her, richtig eingestellt.

Tolles Buffet! Nettes Personal! Leider hat man dem Zimmer den "abgewohnten" Zustand angesehen. (Z.B. gerissene Bodenfliesen im Bad, Flecken auf Teppich, Abriebspuren an der Wand) Für 4 Sterne in Deutschland hätte ich schon etwas mehr erwartet. Aber für unsere eine Nacht war es OK!

Schöne Einrichtung und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kurze Wege zum Hauptbahnhof und Strassenbahnhaltestelle. Lage direkt an einer Hauptlinie der Strassenbahn. Diese hört man dann auch Nachts. Hotel bietet hier Ohrstöpsel an.

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, keine hellhörigen Zimmer, gutes Restaurant im Hotel, optimal für Anreisende mit dem Zug, hbf in Sichtweite, ca. 2 Minuen Fußweg. In 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Zentrum. Ideal für Städtereisen. Das bad war zwar groß, der Duschvorhang reichte allerdings nicht, um ihn komplett um die Dusche zu ziehen. Ein Gast zuvor hatte anscheinend im Bad geraucht, da es dort nach Rauch stank, owohl es sich um ein Nichtraucherzimmer handelte. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. äRgerlich war es trotzdem. Der Frühstücksraum war klein und das Buffet schlecht zugänglich.

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Guter Hotelparkplatz, saubere und große Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Der Fitneßraum ist sehr dürftig ausgestattet.

Geräumiges Zimmer, schönes Bad, gute Matratzen, kostenlose Flasche Mineralwasser Im Schlafzimmer hört man die Fließgeräusche aus dem Bad sehr laut; hoher Geräuschpegel im vollbesetzten Frühstücksraum, am Frühstücksbuffet bei ausgebuchtem Hotel zu eng.
