It was my second stay at the Best Western Hotel Geheimer Rat because the value for money you get is outstanding as well as the excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean and the breakfast buffee has everything you need. The hotel staff is very polite and always there to help out with anything guests might need. I would definitly go there again. |

extremely small room. No A/C. No mini bar. very small bathroom. poorly furnished room.one towel in bathroom. lousy TV channels.very basic public aminities. No room service. this is simply but definitely not to be rated 4 stars...probably 1 star. |

I liked the position in the town and I liked the helpfulness of some of the staff. I liked the prompt room service with tea and coffee. I liked the breakfast menu. I was disappointed at the standard of room as I thought we had booked a superior room on the internet and it was only standard. One day also our room was not made up . i realise this was because I had not changed the sign on the door but I had told the staff working outside the door as I left that she could go in now. |

Friendly staff; excellent breakfast buffet and breakfast time till 10am; fairly spacious, well-equipped bathroom; overall a nice room. Finding a parking spot around the hotel each day was (expectedly) a bit tricky, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, breakfast staff started cleaning up around people before 10am. |

Das Hotel hat alles geboten, was man für einen Stadtaufenthalt braucht. Es könnte etwas zentraler liegen. Das Personal war freundlich und man wurde immer gut beraten. |

Gefallen hat das umfangreiche, sehr gute Frühstücksbüffet und das aufmersame,freundliche Verhalten aller Mitarbeiter Etwas störend war der extrem laute Entlüftungsventilator im Bad. |

Schöne ruhige Umgebung, angenehmer Empfang, vorhandene Parkmöglichkeiten, gutes und ausgiebiges Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung Unzureichende Zimmerbeleuchtung, ein einziger Schalter für 4 Lichtquellen, im Doppelzimmer ist abendliches Lesen für eine Person unmöglich ohne den Partner zu stören. |

Daar wij op vriendenbezoek gaan in Magdeburg gaan wij altijd in dit hotel. Dit was ons 4e verblijf. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en onze zelfde kamer.Hotel zat volledig vol en was toch rustig. Zeer goed ontbijt. Dit hotel is voor ons een beetje thuiskomen. Wij hebben niets negatiefs te melden. |
