i liked that the hotel was quiet, moderately clean, apart from the bed.
I found the hotel staff very rude!! when i asked them a question, i got spoken to like dirt, as if i was asking them for the world. They was not happy to help. My mothers bed had blood stains inside. Their was no lunch or dinner services. In the hotel lobby, there are international clocks on the wall. they failed to have the english time. On the TV channels, they had every channel for all languages and programmes. they had one channel for English, and that was the 24 hour news.
Beds were hard and the TV was dated.
Location, Cleanliness and very friendly helpful staff
Nothing not to like!
Everything was clean, delicious breakfast, close to the university and grocery shops. my room was huge
no air-conditioner, however it was not hot in my room
It was close to the medical center I was visiting.
Far from main town center, difficult to rent bike, inconsistent staff advice at times (you get a different answer depending on who you are asking). Overall decor was old, needs renovation.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were simply furnished, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.
Wifi connection was rather poor... but at least it was for free.
It was very close to the University.
The attentiveness of the staff and the nice spacious rooms (when comparing with most hotels I've been in) for the rate I was paying. Also, the breakfast had good quality items. Very near to the Greifswald University.
Lack of proximity with restaurants. Nothing very inconvenient, though, unless it's raining outside.
Room size was very good and large
The breakfast was abismal !!
Staff is very friendly and fluent in English.
It would be great to have some computers available for the customers.
food was good, it was clean, near the city center
