Location. Food at breakfast was good.

Hotel staff were rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. As guests, we were told that "we are not at home here" when we tried to choose a table at breakfast, and that we shouldn't stay at their hotel again. Every day, we felt like leaving the hotel as quickly as possible as it was a very unpleasant atmosphere.

Good location, car parking, good breakfast

Small room, hot-hot-hot in room, open window helps but a lot of noise comes in. Showerhead was broken, hot water takes a very long time (5th floor), Wifi was not working in the room. Slow elevator.

Staff owner was rude and uncooperative. Did not honor the reservation as I made it. Had to book an extra room

Hotel advertises wireless connection available in all rooms, but there was no inroom wireless (or any other connectios). If I was aware of it, I would have never booked this hotel.

While parking was horrible, one staff member went out of her way to assist us. Also, the breakfast was a beautifully presented feast.

Very small lift. Scary parking garage entrance/exit.

Internet wasn't working in my room, although this way partially the reason why I chose the hotel (free internet in rooms). It was only available in the computer room.

There was no internet and rooms were not clean enough, room size too small, beds are small too.

L unica cosa è la posizione vicina al centro e alla fermata metropolitana.

Camere vecchie poco spaziose e senza manutenzione (una finestra rotta che quasi mi cadeva addosso) mancanza di aria condizionata... Me l hanno cambiata con una una suite con maggiorazione ma questa suite aveva dei materassi vecchi da cambiare con macchie non identificate (sangue??) enormi, sulla parte dove poggia la testa della persona che dorme.... Un indecenza!!!! Sembrava ci avessero pugnalato una persona.... Posso solo immaginare com erano nelle camere normali oppure girati.....visto che normalmente si girano per non far vedere la parte brutta.....ho fatto delle foto e fatte vedere....non ho continuato il soggiorno... Sala colazioni piccola e mal disposta, c erano solo tavolini per due persone, sapendo che c era piu di una famiglia potrevano attrezzare meglio la sala.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl, gute Produkte. Der Raum hell und freundlich.

Sehr kleines Bett ca. 1.40 m für 2 Erwachsene zu eng. Die Matratzen weich und durchgelegen. Die Zimmer sehr warm obwohl keine Heizung eingeschaltet war, weil sich nur ein kleines Fenster öffnen läßt konnte auch nich ausreichend gelüftet werden.

Flere av personalet I resepsjonen var sure og hadde overhodet ingen serviceinnstilling. Ikke bra.

Geweldige service van het vriendelijke en betrokken personeel. Dat WIFI niet overal in het hotel werkte namen we op de koop toe.
