Best Western Hotel Leverkusen  

I had been in Best Western Hotel Leverkusen many times. Location is very convenient - close to railway station and to the city shopping Centrum. I plan to stay in this hotel next time.

It's a perfect business hotel. Location is really good, railway station and city Center is near just a few minutes walk, ample parking available. staff are very friendly. I was a good experience.

I already booked with breakfast but still the want to charge for break fast but after showing voucher of booking.com the agreed but still the telling that this is mistake from booking.com and they wasted some time at the time I'd checkout.

Convenient for the Bayer Chempark where I conducted my business, but will probably stay at the other best Western on Clevischer Ring Cologne on my next stay as there is a pub/brewery next door and it is easier to find. This one requires four or five circuits of Leverkusen to find the entrance. The staff were perfect.

Could do with a facelift as the decor is looking a bit tired

Quiet, but near all motorway connections. Walking distance to town center. Good breakfast bar.

Difficult to find hotel, specially in the night as road layout is very confusing. Poor sign posting, but hotel visible from distance.

On the first look, the hotel looks old. But if you stay there, it's comfortable and everything is function. No minibar or hot water in the room, but on the floor is a vending machine and you can select much more and it is always cold. Around the hotel is green ( I had a room with look on a smal river and forest) and a new shopping center is 5 min walking away.

The TV is very old an can not connect to a cd or dvd player. No hot water or coffee maker in the room.

The smoking room was smelling really bad, but I guess that's what happens when you ask for a smoking room.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful.

Restaurant menu was limited and quality only satisfactory

Gar nichts. Ich hatte gebucht kam nachts um 12 an und hatte Kein zimmer. Buchung wurde nicht weitergegeben hotel voll. Fast 1std chaos bis zum zimmer. Dann 2bett statt doppelbett. Und das fuer 129.-

Bien que l'hotel ne soit pas situé en centre ville, il est facilement accessible par le train ou en voiture. Il y a à proximité un grand centre commercial et quelques restaurants si l'on veut autre chose que la cuisine de l'hôtel. Un parking (payant a tarif préférentiel) et le WiFi gratuit (assez rapide). La chambre 1 personne est grande et insonorisée. Le personnel ne parle pas le français, mais assez bien l'anglais. Le petit déjeuné au buffet est correct. Des lapins sauvages sur la pelouse devant l’hôtel !

Pas évident de trouver l'hôtel si on n'a pas de gps. L'entrée est dans une intersection et commune avec un parking public. La tv de la chambre un peu vieille (crt) et sans chaines anglaises ou francaises. La chaise du bureau vraiment inconfortable.
