Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechselungsreich und qualitativ höherwertig. Zentrale Lage und die Konferenzmöglichkeiten sehen gut aus. Die Zimmerfenster sind undicht, die Heizung lässt sich nur bedingt regeln, somit war das Zimmer überheizt (ca. 24°C). Die Wellnessmöglichkeiten sind inakzeptabel (dreckig, defekt, technischer Stand 70er Jahre). Eingangsbereich vom Parkplatz aus wirkt sehr unfreundlich und nicht einladend. Insgesamt sind die vier Sterne aktuell nicht gerechtfertigt. |

Ich konnte an diesem Hotel eigentlich nichts aussetzen. Sicher könnte manches auch schon wieder erneuert werden, muss es aber nicht. Ich war sehr zufrieden, auch, was den Service angeht. Dass ich bis 14.00 Uhr in meinem Zimmer bleiben konnte, fand ich sehr kulant. Die sehr schwergängige Fernsehfernbedienung. |

Trotz erheblicher Renovierungsarbeiten bei vollem Preis geöffnet!! Der Eingangsbereich war komplett gesperrt, auf den Fluren wurden Teppiche verklebt was mit einer erheblichen Geruchsbelästigung verbunden war. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen, die Klimaanlage war defekt. |

Frit vand & frisk frugt stillet frem Lav lys, håndvask & bruser, brug ordentlige håndklæder og fyld minibar op (evt blot sodavand & chips etc)............En generel shine op af hotel ville heller ikke være af vejen |

die freundliche und redselige Barkeeperin Business Klasse gebucht, war aber nur (um 13:00 Uhr) Standard frei, erst nach Nachfrage war wenigstens ein Preisnachlass möglich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer völlig veraltet, Minibar leer, billige Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgefanzt und fleckig. 4 Sterne für ein veraltetes Hotel völlig übertrieben. 2 kleine Aufzüge, einer defekt. |
