It was the first time that I've been at one of Best Western Hotel . Doesn't like 4 stars Hotel and expensive for this standart . I didn't like and never prefer to stay at again .

very very close to the train station of Ludiwgshafen, and only two short stops from Mannheim. good breakfast, comfortable rooms. my room was the simple room so there was no kettle but the staff gave me a jug of hot water whenever I asked.

i went to the sauna one night to realize it wasn't open, even though it was during the opening hours and there was no notification. the elevators are extremely slow and don't always work

The breakfast was nice and varied; the staff was kind; the room was reasonably comfortable and spacious.

The hotel's website lists "Guest-laundry" (alongside "Laundry and dry cleaning on request"); while this suggests the availability of self-service laundry (coin-operated machines, usually), this is simply not the case. Coming to the hotel after a long stay elsewhere, I had planned to clean my clothes there, but instead had to use a dry cleaner in town (the hotel's own dry-cleaning service is very expensive, like in most hotels). Like in many hotels, the room was quite dark. Thankfully there was an A/C, though it was quite old and noisy.

I think they have to care more about the maintenance in the hotel

Worn out hotel, climate control did not work, large rooms but really outdated. Only one elevator was working, breakfast is not as good as other German hotels I have experienced. Overall I would not choose it again, I think there are better options for the money.

Very clean and large room and a very nice resturant and breakfast in the morning.

I stayed in this hotel for the 3d time now. I booked a simple room et I get an executive room (like the last times). Excellent breakfast, parking, sauna + swimming pool, wifi.

Airco moet gewoon werken als het iets te warm buiten is. Veel mensen hoorde ik hierover klagen maar volgens de receptie kon hier niets aan gedaan worden. Kan echt niet, dit kost klanten, in de zomer ga ik hier dus echt niet meer heen als dit niet opgelost wordt.

Nettes, kompetentes Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Piscine et sauna ont besoin d'être renové ainsi que l'hotel même. Tout est vieux et ne vaut pas 4 étoiles.

鉄道とトラムの両駅がすぐ目の前で、とても便利でした。ビュッフェ式の朝食のグラノーラがとってもおいしか- ったです。部屋も快適でした。各階のエレベーターホールにミネラルウォーターとリンゴが置かれていて、自由- に飲食でき良かったです。

暖房が、ドイツでは珍しくパネルヒーターではなくエアコンだったので、温風で乾燥するのと、足元が少し寒か- ったです。そんなに気にする程ではありませんが。

Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück gut.

Also ein Wohlfühlklima ist im Zimmer nicht aufgekommen. Die Möbel sahen wie vom Sperrmüll aus. Auf die Couch wollte ich mich nicht mal setzen. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, lag im Bad ein Handtuch zerknüllt auf der Ablage ??? Wenn ich nicht so müde gewesen wäre, hätte ich mich beschwert. Da ansonsten alles unbenutzt aussah, hab ich mir das erspart. Sorry, aber um ehrlich zu sein bin ich nicht überzeugt und eigentlich geht das gar nicht. Für eine Übernachtung okay, aber dann nicht zu einem Preis von 70 Euro. Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Kritik anregt und wenn möglich etwas Verändert. Allerdings weiß ich von einem Kollegen, der ebenfalls in der Nacht in ihrem Hotel war, das nicht alle Zimmer so aussehen. Ihre super netten Mitarbeiter haben eine bessere Visitenkarte verdient ;-)

Struttura datata, niente di drammatico ma non vale il prezzo pagato, specialmente non vale 4 stelle. Puzza di fumo in tutta la reception, com'è possibile? Climatizzatore rumorosissimo, ho dovuto spegnerlo
