Best Western Hotel Nürnberg City West  

Excellent location, just 50 m away from underground stop. Very friendly hotel stuff, very good value for money and ... the water bottle in the room included in the price was really a nice surprise. Strongly recommended

Hotel is Top,Room very clean,Breakfast great ,big varyity .Employees very friendly.Location ,easy acces to tram and so to City Center. Complimantary tee and coffee in the lobby (24h) Two free drinks in the fridge have been appreciated.When have to do in Nuremberg again for sure will return.

As breakfast,price and location have been very good and the employees have been very friendlyfirst time I have choosen BWNCW again on week after first stay and will stay also in future if have business in Nueremberg.

Great hotel. The room was cheap, but the hotel was not. Our room was large. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The staff was very nice, probably the nicest we have seen in Germany. And the baby crib they provided was the best we've had in Europe. The hotel is also extremely close to the train stop, so getting into the city is very easy.

The room was big and very clean. Breakfast is also good.

There are not Bathtub.

We enjoyed the room and the comfort of the bed. Also, the breakfast was outstanding. Our waitsress was pleasant helpful and displayed a welcoming attitude. Having coffee and tea available in the recption area was a nice touch. The coffee was wonderful.

The desk clerks that evening seemed put out when I checked in. They forgot to give us a coin, so that we could exit the parking lot. This happened again the next morning. But the morning check out staff was friendly, but forgetful. It felt like I interupted the night staff while they were busy with the booking keeping since they were all in the office when I needed help.

Locarion for my purpose. If I was there for site seeing it would not be a good location.

Very basic hotel. Small shower. Pillow to die from.

Hotel is vey popular among businessmen and visitors of trade fairs and conferences. It possess all you need for comfortable state and work – big rooms with a really big working desks, Internet etc. Any problems with transfers to Messe (Trade Fair) using taxies and U-bahn. Breakfasts are like in 4-star hotel.

As to me, hotel is a little bit overpriced during periods of big exhibitions and trade fairs.

Nice hotel! It's very convenient to stay in it for travelers with a car. Hotel is situated within walking distance from the metro station. You can get to the center for 7-10 minutes. Breakfast is good and various. I like Best Western Hotel line. They give a good service in all hotels of the line.

Perfect location for our needs, easy to get into town. Excellent restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, great breakfast - what more can I say.

Wow, we had been traveling for almost three weeks in various countries in Europe before coming to Nurnburg. This Best Western was in the top of all the places we stayed. It offered all the amenties we expect in America (English speaking staff, air conditioning, complimentary soap products) and then went above and beyond. Parking was great (and free), breakfast was amazing; omelets made to order, fresh fruit, awesome pastries, fabulous juices, meats, cheeses, cereal, muffins...) there were international travelers and breakfast appealed to everyone! Staff were friendly and very efficient. I can't say enough positive about this place. I highly recommend it!

Room supposed to offer amenities (I.E. mini-bar) which never showed up. No cupboard. Just hangers for clothes on the walls.
