Best Western Parkhotel Erding  

Clean and comfortable

Location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops in Erding. Right across the street from train station makes getting around very easy if going to other locations.

No complementary coffee or continental breakfast as shown in room books and as promised when booking room. Restaurant served raw steaks late one evening that we could not eat.

Location, train station is right across the street. Beds are comfy and the gentleman at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

There was a sign in bathroom about using your towels more than once, so we agreed but they still took your towels. The lady that worked front desk at note was rude, when we asked for another towel she said " we give you 2, one for each guest". I should not be questioned if I need an additional towel, I am the paying guest.

30 sec. To train station, all the necessary around. Good restertant near by. Good breakfast place at the train station.

Breakfast is great but quite expensive. Prefer to have breakfast at the station.

Very near to the S-Bahn and bus station to go airport and/or therme

Matress could be better

The Blonde girl at reception was super friendly,had amazing English, gave us lots of good advice and even gave us an upgraded room!if you travel by train it is perfectly located as the hotel is directly across from the train station!

There was a "dizzy" girl working in the breakfast area who shouted "WHATS your room NUMBER"?in front of all the German guests , as if to say we had just wandered off the street and were trying to steal a free breakfast, she constantly marched up and down,my fiance said she made the place feel like a prison!!The young Turkish breakfast attendant was working his 1st day, he seemed nervous and almost dropped plates on us but I dont blame him ,trying to work ,with the "prison witch" watching over!!!!

Great location, not far from Munich Airport and right opposite the station for regular trains to Munich. Good restaurants in the town (easy walk) for dinner (Ochs within Gruber's Department Store was magnificent). Breakfasts good, staff very helpful. Room good. Proper size bath with shower over.

The room was very hot the first night (heating controlled centrally) but it was reduced when we asked the next day.

I arrived in the dark, but the hotel inside was very nice, and my room was actually quite large. It was very comfortable. I loved how the windows would all open 2 different ways. Loved the skylights in the room, the bathroom was very clean and inviting, there was actual room to move and spacious. I actually would have loved to stay a few more days. For those of us who speak only English, there were employees there that were able to communicate with us, which helped a whole lot considering I was in Germany and could not speak German. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially on the evening I stayed, a beautiful young lady, was so very helpful, in securing myself a taxi to the airport in the very early hours considering I had to be at the airport by 0500. Their shuttle didn't start til around 0700, I believe. Very Very nice and considerate young lady. Wished I had gotten her name to say thank you so much, or danka. Ask for room 306, absolutely beautiful room.:-)

There's nothing I didnt like, but I wished they had had more of a selection / variety in their restaurant menu.

The hotel is clean and quite comfortable, like all the majority of the hotels in the chain.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle. On Booking.com it was advertised as providing airport shuttle. On the reservation I have mentioned that need transfer from/to airport. When I've called on the hotel upon arrival the receptionist told me that they do not provide transfer and I need to take a taxi, what I've did. But this increased the total cost of the stay with almost 60 Euros (airport-hotel-airport). At this price I could have a hotel closer to the airport. Take care of this in case you need to stay overnight between the planes.

Everything was perfect as i remembered it from years ago when I stopped with my husband. I booked a room with a balcony but was informed I couldn't smoke on the balcony which spoilt my stay there. I think the woman at the desk at night was a bitch as I was on the street and with the room doors closed there was no reason I couldn't smoke on the balcony. I think you should tell her off as polution from the traffic is worse than a cigarette. I looked down and the bottom balcony was filthy.

This is a fantastic hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there. It has every comfort you could wish for including air conditioning bbc world service, excellent location right opposite the railway station. The staff were very friendly and very helpfull and could also speak english, the price was very reasonable too, very handy for a trip to therme Erding spa resort, very happy with the room too, will definately stay there again.

The only dislike was that breakfast was not included in the room rate. You could buy it around 15 euros I think, which I thought was a bit pricey.

It suited me as it was quiet but close to the railway station

Sehr weiches Doppelbett mit Ritze. Aber für die kurze Dauer völlig ausreichend.

Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer gefordert, Sie haben mich in ein Nichtraucherhotel geschickt. Das geht nun gar nicht. Wenn ich weiter bei Ihnen buchen soll, dann geht das nur, wenn Sie auf meine Wünsche eingehen.

Sehr freundliches (Rezeption) Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Ganz nett war die Dekoration der Bade - und Handtücher. Das Frühstück war entgegen so manch anderer Kommentare für unsere Begriffe hervorragend.

Zumindest meine Matratze hätte etwas härter (durchgelegen?) sein können . . .

Stanza ampia e luminosa. Wifi gratis in camera. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla fermata degli autobus, entrambe a 150 metri. Monaco si raggiunge in treno in 45 minuti. Le terme di Erding si raggiungono in autobus o treno in 15 minuti; l'autobus si ferma all'ingresso delle terme, in treno bisogna camminare per una decina di minuti.

Frühstücksangebot war für 15€/Person nicht ausreichend! Wir haben für den Preis mehr erwartet!

Lage sehr gut, ausreichendes Frühstück

L'albergo è a pochi metri dalla stazione per Munchen. Inoltre a pochi kilometri ci sono le spettacolari Thermen, ogni volta che passiamo dalla Germania ci fermiamo per una giornata di assoluto benessere.

Grosses helles Zimmer mit Badewanne. Der Frühstücksraum mit Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich,mit sehr viel Wohlfühlambiente.

Überteuerter Frühstückspreis. Frühstück ist nicht im Zimmerpreis mitinbegriffen und kostet 15 Euro Extra,was dieses Büffett aber nicht wert wahr. Zusätzlich kommen 7,50 Euro für die Tiefgarage oder man verzichtet und sucht sich ausserhalb des Hotels einen Parkplatz.
