Perfect prepare for my arrival (papers were ready), quick check in. The room was comfortable, clean. It was nice to see on the TV screen some welcome words at entering the room door. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of foods were served. |

Unfortunately I did not like anything. Having been given a room which I would classify no more than a travellers lodge status (1 star) which I found distasteful considering the price I paid. The view was completely obscured making the room extemely dark |

Quiet, nice environment. Wonderful breakfast, friendly breakfast peresonnel. Lots of windows that opened in the room - a big help since we had no air conditioning and it was really hot and stuffy in the room. Room was smaller than we had reserved and had no air conditioning. When I complained, I was told they couldn't move us because they were booked, and the staff person was somewhat rude. I had to measure the room to show that it didn't conform to our booking in order to get a small adjustment to the room rate. |

very quiet place. if no car, it's little far from central station. room was smaller than other 4-star hotel. connect to internet with w-lann was not good. |

We had a very pleasent stay in the Parkhotel. Staff was very friendly. We booked a traditional room, which was much cheaper than the other rooms. These rooms are not renovated, but very acceptable. The rooms are not big. Breakfast was really nice! The sauna is very nice and neat. We asked for a non-smokingroom, but didn't receive this. I must add that all rooms were booked. |

The internet was included in the price och worked fine. The Staff was good and complementary water, beer and juice in the room. The beds was not comfortable. Thou I had a smokefree room it was not a room for people with allergi. The carpets needs to be removed. Also pets and smokers were very were polluting the air. |

Very good standard hotel for the price. Great location for the football and close to the metro and city centre. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. |

We waren in het algemeen zeer tevreden. Maar het ontbijtbuffet is een echte aanrader! Het eten in de bar te verkrijgen was ook zeer lekker. |

Sehr netter Service des Personals. Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Städtetour. Das Zimmer war sehr verwohnt und einfach. Gardine hing aus der Leiste und alles machte einen verwohnten Eindruck. |

direkt am Fussballstadion Abends nach dem Fussballspiel der Brunch,alles hat viel zu lange in den Töpfen gebrutzelt, und es blieb vieles zu wünschen übrig, jedenfall an diesem Abend.Morgens der Lunch war Super. |
