Location for the football spot on if you want a quality hotel. Staff were very helpful Service at the bar after the match gave preference to locals rather than residents!

Ich kenne dieses Hotel schon über 20 Jahre es ist sehr gut Das ich bei der Buchung über sie sage und schreibe 26.75€ pro Tag mehr bezahlt habe als bei der Direktbuchung im Hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Proximité avec la salle westfalenhallen Etant en sortie toute la nuit, nous avons demandé de quitter une heure après le Check out(soit 13h au lieu de 12h).l'hotel a refusé sauf si on règle 60euros(!!!!!!!) et là on pouvait rester jusqu'à 18h .De plus nous étions 5 au lieu de 6,nous avons du régler la 3ieme chambre au tarif double (parce que réservée comme telle) au lieu de single!!!!bref ,jamais vu un hôtelier ayant aussi peu le sens du commerce!!!dans cet hôtel,vous serez vu comme un porte monnaie sur patte!honteux!!!

Me ha gustado casi todo. Fuimos a ver un partido de Champions por lo que la ubicación fue perfecta, al lado del estadio. No me ha gustado que no se pudiera poner oscura la habitación.

1. keine klaren Informationen bei der Anreise (Frühstückzeiten, Minibar, Pool --> wir hatten keine Ahnung!) 2. keine Möglichkeit an der Bar etwas zu trinken zu bekommen, wenn eune geschlossene Gesellschaft (PUR-Family z.Bsp.) diese besetzt: sollen die restlichen Hotelgäste wirklich auf dem Trockenen sitzen?!

Die Lage direkt an der Messe war spitze. Das Personal super freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Zum Frühstück gab es eine tolle und vielseitige Auswahl. Alles top. Die Aussenansicht des Gebäudes ist nicht ansprechend.

Hotel sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Restaurant. Lage des Hotels für mich sehr gut, da ich in der Nähe zu tun hatte. Denke aber auch sonst ist die Lage am Fußballstadion und dem Park beeindruckend Da es auch an den Messehallen ist, ist dort morgens recht früh Betrieb. Die Schranke vom Parkplatz ging nicht auf und ich musste zweimal zur Rezeption.
