Best Western Hotel Domicil    

Quiet and relax environment. The staff were always ready to attend any request from the guests, providing information about the places and activities that deserve a visit during my stay in the city.

The staff were absolutely lovely - especially Marc, the receptionist. The hotel was very clean and stylish. We were well looked after and the breakfast was superb. Will definitely be back in the future.

Needs a facelift rooms were not modern or up to date bathrooms and beds very small

Excellent service and nice staff. The room was really clean and I didn't have any problem.

They don't have A/C, which if during summer might not be convenient.

The breakfast buffet and service was excellent! Wi-fi reception was very good also. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Location is good, rooms are clean, and staff was very professional and courteous. I would stay here again.

Small issue with the shower nozzle not staying upright requiring a great amount of dexterity to take a shower.

отель чистый, уютный, с очень дружелюбным и внимательным персоналом. расположен близко как к железнодорожному вокзалу, так и к старому городу и к основным достопримечательностям. гостей отеля ждут вкусные и сытные завтраки, окна большинства номеров выходят в тихий дворик, что обеспечивает тишину и покой.

площадь номеров очень маленькая, в одноместном номере одному человеку с чемоданом трудно развернуться. ванна и туалет по площади намного больше, чем комната для проживания.

Helt håpløst å følge kartet som fulgte med hotellbeskrivelsen. Gaten hvor hotellet ligger har jo skilt med klart forbud om innkjøring. Alt for dårlig informasjon om hvordan man kommer frem til hotellet. Svært negativt.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Bonnの中で立地条件が非常に良い。街中なのにそんな感じしなく、とても静か。

駐車場を何とかしてほしい。

...leider das Bad war mit Haaren vom Vorgänger voll.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Luft ist schlecht. Schlafen ist nur bei geöffnetem Fenster möglich.

Le service fourni par l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. La proximité immédiate d'un bon restaurant. La gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel de chambre.

Spa et hamam pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé sur le site internet. Forte odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs et zones communes à proximité des chambres (heureusement pas dans les chambres).

Hotel muito charmoso e bem localizado, a poucos metros da catedral de Bonn. Próximo às principais áreas de compras da cidade. Bom café da manhã. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis.

O estacionamento possui poucas vagas o que pode te obrigar a estacionar em um local público. O elevador e corredores cheiram a cigarro. No meu quarto a tv não ficava em frente à cama, o que pode se tornar um incômodo.

Ein sehr individuelles, geschmackvolles Hotel mit viel Charme und persönlichem Ambiente. Lord Byron lässt grüßen!

Gentillesse du personnel, dans le centre ville, chambre confortable, petit plus : jacuzzi et sauna gratuit

Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, Möglichkeit zur Nutzung von Sauna und Whirlpool

Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr klein und verschachtelt

It´s very good located, close to everything and well connected to the transport.

The personal was just ok. Not that friendly. In every hotel in Germany they have in the room coffee and tea to prepare like part of the service but they didnt get anything here. Also it s suppose to be for not smokers but I still could feel some smell at least in the first floor.
