Totally calm You need an internet user & password that is free at the reception however, the slip expires after 24hr.. the word is: if you exceed 200mb it expires. imagine yourself browsing youtube then suddenly it cuts off! otherwise speed is not bad

As I was a guest for two nights only, I found it extremely comfortable to be housed in their annex just several doors down from the main hotel. It was beautiful, comfortable with maximum privacy and, a bonus for future trips, a fully equipped area work area for laptop computers! As a non-German speaker, the staff made my trip to Mannheim effortless and really extended a helping hand. I may be returning soon for another conference and I intend to staynot only at the Steubenhof but as well in the same room! I was surprised that the restaurant was somewhat understaffed and unprepared to offer even snacks or a club sandwich for a weary, hungry conference attendee like myself. Instead I contented myself with nuts and a drink at the excellent bar.

Clean and quiet room and hotel. Somewhat away from the city centre, but there were train/underground stop near the hotel and some free parking lots. At the moment we visited there the hotel seemed to be almost empty. Breakfast wasn't included in room price. We didn't take it as priced for 17,- euros it sounded a bit expensive.

Reinigungspersonal und Personal im Restaurant sehr nett und zuvorkommend Empfang nicht gerade freundlich. Preis für das Frühstück ist unverschämt hoch.

Het eten was heerlijk, en de kamers netjes en schoon. Ik heb 3x moeten uitleggen dat ik er het ontbijt al bijgekocht had, wisten ze niks van. Ik had gelukkig de papieren bij!!!

الجو العام داخل الفندق في غاية الهدوء ويوجد امامه محطة لتوقف الترم ممايسهل عملية التنقل لارجاء المدينة وبالقرب منه معهد جوته لتعلم اللغه الالمانيه وايضا بالقرب منه ماركت للبقاله(المواد التموينيه) ,موظفين الاستقبال والعاملين في خدمة الغرف في غاية اللطف.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer sehr nah an der Rezeption und wurde nachts mehrmals von lauten Heimkehrern sowie Stöckelschuh-Geklapper wach. Wenig erholsam.

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, schön und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist ansprechend und modern. Da wir nur in den späten Abendsstunden, bzw Nachts anwesend waren, hat uns die Möglichkeit, die Bar für ein Feierabendgetränk zu nutzen gefallen. Die Angestellten waren trotz der späten Stunde sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar ist zwar ansprechend und wie erwähnt waren wir sehr angetan, dass es uns möglich war in dem angenehmen Ambiente noch einen Feierabendtrunk zu genießen. Allerdings sind die Preise für die Qualität/Größe der Getränke zu hoch. Der Pinot ist qualitativ nicht dem Preis entsprechend und der Whiskey Cola(Jack Daniels) sehr klein. Nicht einmal 0,2 l für 9,50 Euro.

Ich beantworte sonst meist derartige Anfragen nicht. In Ihrem Fall aber gibt es einen besonderen Grund: Ich habe bei der Abreise meinen Mantel im Zimmer hängen gelassen. Ihre Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, indem sie mir zusagte, mir den Mantel nachzusenden. Ich weiß, dass das Umstände macht und Zeit kostet. Es ist also keineswegs selbstverständlich. Die Frage 2 kann ich nicht vollständig beantworten; die Bewrtung insgesamt ist allerdings tatsächlich positiv. Mit freundlichen Grüßen D. Klasse

ich war wegen einem Konzert in der SAP Arena in Mannheim. Zentral, super Verbindung mit Nahverkehr.zu den Hotels in der Innenstadt, hatte das Steubenhof Hotel eine super Ausstattung und Sauberkeit für den Preis. Bei Ankunft hatte uns die Ampfangsdame leider keine Karte von Mannheim gegeben, in der die Verbindungen des Nahverkehrs aufgelistet waren. Dies wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen,da wir abends dann die Passanten befragen mussten und falsche Auskünfte bekamen. Der Mitarbeiter am nächsten morgen hat uns dann eine Karte ausgehändigt und uns auch Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. erklärt und beschrieben.Sowas erwarte ich bei Anreise ,check in und nicht bei der Abreise!

Ich habe 2 Nächte in der Hotelgarage geparkt, jedoch wurde mir erst beim Check-out mitgetelt, dass ich 11 Euro pro Nacht dafür zahlen muss. Des Weiteren wurde mir beim Empfang am ersten Abend der Frühstückspreis mit 11 Euro p.P. angegeben, beim Check-out jedoch dann 17 Euro berechnet. Deshalb Abzüge bei "Hotelmitarbeiter" und "Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis".
