We stayed for 1 night in this hotel during our visit to Europa Park at Rust . Me and my wife we loved this hotel alot . Room is big and comfortable . Environmental friendly hotel . Ver clean . Well designed . Excellent location , close to restaurents , supermarket , mall , and 5 min to train station . The only downside they had a tiny car parking, but they provided us a parking infront of hotel gate and its Free only from 7pm to 9 am . and that timing was ideal for us . Breakfast was very nice and asorted. I highly recomend this hotel in Freiburg ( 26 km by car from hotel to Europa-Park )

It's close to the downtown.

Car parking was small and difficult to park. The breakfast was too expensive. The front desk told us it's free but charged us at checkout. The same as parking.

If you are going to use a vat form, present it when you arrive otherwise you will not be able to use it. The guy at the desk played dumb about it at first then said we couldn't use it.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. No hotel restaurant, but plenty of varied places to eat in the city. The hotel provided a superb selection of options for breakfast.

The Hotel Victoria has very friendly professional staff. They could speak excellent English but respected our wish to speak German in a way that was totally un-patronising. The hotel is very close to the historic centre of Freiburg which was great. It is also close to the railway station and tram links so convenient in every way. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was a delight

В отеле останавливаюсь не первый раз прекрасные номера, хотя убирают плохо, прекрасный дизайн, вай фай в номере, замечательная косметика( шампунь и мыло). Кофемашина в номере просто супернаходка для меня!!капсулки лежат к кофемашине и сахар. Русские каналы, хотя их всего три но они есть). Соотношение цена- качества великолепное!!!! Хотя у отеля 4 звезды, но он тянет на все 10)))) очень рекомендую останавливаться именно в этом отеле, не пожалеете!! И его месторасположение в центре... На завтраки не ходила, ничего сказать не могу, но думаю и они не подведут! Удачи!

Уборка. Пыль лежит слоем. Персонал на ресепшене не расторопный. При выезде мой счет был 568 евро, я подала 1000 евро мне сказали не могут разменять, я предложтла 565 евро и 3 евро мелочью по 5-10 центов, так они отказались брать, послали меня в банк разменивать. Не понравилась эта ситуация.

местоположение отеля удачное: расположен между вокзалом и центром города, имеет свой гараж. завтраки нормальные за довольно высокую цену.

1. уборка в номере производится странно, после уборки пыль остается на месте, использованные мыло, шампунь и т.д. не пополняются. приветственная ночная конфета дается 1 раз. 2. ванная маленькая , полотенцесушитель не работал. 3. если открываешь ночью окно, то хорошо слышно, как разгружают бутылки и забирают туристов. считаю, что отель не соответствует своей звездности и цене.

Der für einen grösseren PW nicht sehr praktische, kostenpflichte Parkplatz.

Zentrale Lage,freundlicher Service,Parkplätze beim Haus,sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet in stilvollem Ambiente,tolle Cocktailbar,sehr hundefreundlich gelegen(Colombipark gegenüber)

In 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt und der KaJo.

Etwas hellhörige Zimmer.

Das Morgenbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut!

Die Sauna und der Fitnessraum ist sehr klein ausgefallen. Dh. Platz für nur 2 Personen.
