Best Western Hotel President  

Very friendly staff,always helpfull,hotel ideally situated for our visit,good value,would recommend to friends.

On opening door to room 412,strong smell of cigarettes when sign on door send No Smoking,on investigation found small glass (tumbler size) with cigarette butts and liquid in it,should have complained but my partner told me not to,she was happy with the room,opened window and put air conditioning on,after 15 mins smell had gone,left glass outside room on table.

Nice staff, excellent money-value ratio, really nice room, excellent location.

Staff spoke good English and all were very engaging. Breakfast was fine, not a massive choice but good anyways. Close to underground.

I had problems finding the hotel, directions I found where not vey clear.

Best Western Hotel President It’s a business style hotel, what more to say? Coffee/Tea making facilities, Shower above bath, clean and tidy. Beds were extremely soft, too much for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English (actually most of the folk we met in Germany/Poland spoke great English.) Location is good for shopping and restaurants. Not the place for two weeks with the kids but great for a long weekend away.

Pretty close to the center.

Very small, dark room. Old furniture. No slippers', no bathrobe. The price is too high

The hotel has great location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and attractive with enough furniture. There is nice breakfast.

There was one unpleasant moment at check in when I have got the smoking room. However I wrote and asked to book me non-smoking room. At the end of room was chenged. There weren't the bath accessories enough.

Nice room, very clean close to U-bahn. All staff (exept 1) in reption were nice and helpfull

The room was big, but overfurnished. I don't like, that we had to log on on the internet every 1/2-1 hour.

The location was very good. I think the parking fee should have been included in the cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent..

I expected a little more quality from a Best Western. I am a Best Western frequent visitor and was not impressed with the overall qualit for being rated a Four-Star Hotel...

Perfect located hotel. Hotel crew very helpfull and rooms perfect. Breakfast also very good.

The approach of the staff made the biggest impact for me. They were really respectful and pleasant.

The warm welcome, the helpful staff, the comfortable, spacious, clean room, the delicious breakfast, with a panoramic view ! The hotel was chosen because it is near the KaDeWe and it is ! u Bahn nearby. Bus 100 stop nearby. A hotel with a touch of the Historic in a Historic City ... The price offer on Booking.com meant that our stay was 'good value for money'. However, a no-fee last minute cancellation was possible, and the room was charged after our stay. I would certainly recommend it !

There was a 'stench of smoke' in the room when we arrived : the previous occupier must have been a heavy smoker, despite the fact that there are no ashtrays .. Hadn't the cleaner noticed ? We aired the room and informed the hotel manager who sent someone to spray the room ... It was a nice room, so we preferred that to asking for a change of room.
