We were given an upgrade which was unexpected, but very pleasant. Hotel in very good position for sightseeing. Room very comfortable and very clean and front desk staff effiicient and helpful. Coffee machine on landing was an unusual feature and we made good use of it. |

Staff very helpful, liked the separate breakfast room for those staying in a “president club room”. The “President Club room was overpriced. |

The permanent staff is professional and friendly. Its location is excellent as a base for touring the city of Berlin. I will stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was expensive. American tourist like their breakfast. Like many European hotels an included breakfast buffet would round out the experience. |

No surprises. It was what I was hoping it would be. They did put me up on the 6th floor which had business suites and I was able to get free coffee which was nice. |

The cleanliness of my room and the convenient location of the hotel in order to explore the city. The parking of the hotel is very small and i couldn't park my car over there. |

I liked how polite the staff was and loved the romantic package deal we participated in. Also liked all the extras included in staying in the Presidents club especially the free coffee, tea and chocolate available all day. |

It's location, the friendliness of the staff and having coffee facilities at each floor. We tried the barbeque buffet on Saturday night and we found it poor and not to the standards of a hotel buffet. Also the pillows were not comfortable. |
