lobby -baari oli mukava ja palveleva herrahenkilö oli erittäin palvelualtis. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä ja periaatteessa 3 hengen huone oli toimiva ja riittävän tilava. pöytätasoja ei siivottu eikä tyhjiä limupulloja viety pois. pyyheliina vietiin pois, mutta uutta ei tuotu tilalle |

Mukavat ja tilavat huoneet & kohtuu hyvä aamupala. Ei ehkä kuitenkaan aivan neljän tähden hotellin tasoinen sisustus (esim. wc ja tv). |

Keskeinen sijainti. Kohtuullinen aamupala. Pysäköintihalli autolle. Nopea ja muutenkin toimiva WLAN. Huone oli nuhjuinen ja pieni. Ilmastointilaite ei toiminut: ei ainakaan viilentänyt huonetta. Pienessä huoneessa oli kolme isoa ja nuhjuista nojatuolia, joita oli vaikea siirtää ja jotka veivät paljon tilaa. |

Aamiainen oli loistava.Hyvä sijainti ,kaikinpuolin hyvä hotelli. Pienehköt huoneet, aamiaishuoneessa aika-ajoin tungosta. |

The hotel is very centrally located - close to shopping area and public transportation. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the hotel staff is very professional and client oriented. |

The location was very convenient to shops and underground. No 'hotel-safe' facilities in our room. Choice of meals on evening dinner menu limited. |

The location was excellent and easily found for first time visitors to Berlin. Every morning the breakfast was outstanding and generous. The hotel also has a pleasant bar and very nice staff in all positions. Given the value we got, I have no hesitation in recommending this fine hotel. I had difficulty with the WiFi but it may have just been my equipment. I don't use MS Internet Explorer. However the hotels offers two public terminals and so it was not a problem for me. |

Although the hotel bar was not spacious, it was comfortable, the beer/wine selection was good, and the barman was very efficient, courteous and his knowledge of English was also very good! Early morning noise from nearby construction work - however, this can only be a temporary annoyance. Overall, I would say, none!! |

Good location. Convenient to the shopping. Very nice/modern room with good heating. Bed and duvets were comfy. Not very many toiletries. Extra shampoo and lotion would have been helpful. |

The Location of the hotel was fanatastic. We had a balcony room overlooking the rhine which was just spectacular. The rooms & bathroom were quite large & clean |

Nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee machine in the lobby is nice, Breakfast excelent. The location of the hotel is extremly noisy - busy crossroad. There seemed to be also unusually high level of noise from within the hotel. |

Location was good. Close to Ku-dam and U-bahn stop. Nice Mexican restaurant nearby. Easy access. It's relatively old. Small, old bathroom. Small room. Room had stained carpet, average bed, nothing special at all. The Marriott we booked (from Booking.com) in Koln was easily 4x better and not as expensive. |

The fact they cleaned the room, even there was the sign....do not disturb/sleeping.....after 2 PM.I never met this situation until now, which I liked it very much.Even you put this sign, they will not disturb you, but after 2 PM they insist to clean your room.I appreciate that. |
