niewyrażenie zgody przez personel na późniejszy o ok 2 godz. check out. Moja prośba była związna z tym iż tego dnia biegłem maraton w Berlinie i chciałem sie odświeżyć. Pani recepcjonistka poinformowała że od niedzieli cały hotel jest zarezerwowany i muszę opuścić pokój - sprawdziłem na stronie internetowej były oferty dostepnych pokoi w tym terminie. |

Doskonała obsługa personelu. Pokoje są ładne i przedewszystkim czyste. Hotel położony załedwie parę kroków od słynnej dzielnicy handlowej, ale pomimo to jest tam bardzo spokojnie. Śniadanie też było super. Polecam! |

The hotel is very centrally located - close to shopping area and public transportation. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the hotel staff is very professional and client oriented. |

The location was excellent and easily found for first time visitors to Berlin. Every morning the breakfast was outstanding and generous. The hotel also has a pleasant bar and very nice staff in all positions. Given the value we got, I have no hesitation in recommending this fine hotel. I had difficulty with the WiFi but it may have just been my equipment. I don't use MS Internet Explorer. However the hotels offers two public terminals and so it was not a problem for me. |

Although the hotel bar was not spacious, it was comfortable, the beer/wine selection was good, and the barman was very efficient, courteous and his knowledge of English was also very good! Early morning noise from nearby construction work - however, this can only be a temporary annoyance. Overall, I would say, none!! |

Good location. Convenient to the shopping. Very nice/modern room with good heating. Bed and duvets were comfy. Not very many toiletries. Extra shampoo and lotion would have been helpful. |

The Location of the hotel was fanatastic. We had a balcony room overlooking the rhine which was just spectacular. The rooms & bathroom were quite large & clean |

Nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee machine in the lobby is nice, Breakfast excelent. The location of the hotel is extremly noisy - busy crossroad. There seemed to be also unusually high level of noise from within the hotel. |

Location was good. Close to Ku-dam and U-bahn stop. Nice Mexican restaurant nearby. Easy access. It's relatively old. Small, old bathroom. Small room. Room had stained carpet, average bed, nothing special at all. The Marriott we booked (from Booking.com) in Koln was easily 4x better and not as expensive. |
