Vi fick bra rum och en otroligt god frukost. Bra service med matpaket på avresedagen (eftersom vi inte hann äta frukost). Läget nära tunnelbana och KaDeWe var bra. |

Ledningen verkar vara mycket lyhörd för kundernas önskemål. Flera intressanta idéer noterades. Platsen direkt utanför hotellet kunde anpassas bättre för att släppa av folk |

Lysande hotell. Frukosten var grym och rummet var hur fräscht som helst. Nära till buss och t-bana som tog en var som helst i stan. Hjälpsam personal. Dubbelsängen var två enkelsängar som satts ihop. Det enda lilla negativa saken jag kan komma på, annars var allt hur bra som helst. |

Alla faciliteter fanns på plats till och med en byxpress! Kaffe och te att servera sig själv i korridoren. Mycket uppskattat. Städningen var inte bra. Städerskan bäddade sängen men alla smutsiga handdukar vi lagt på golvet, samt skräp och smutsiga glas och koppar stod kvar. |

Bra läge, Servicen är utmärkt, Presidentavdelningen är utmärkt med en mycket bra separat frukost med exelent personal vilket gäller hotellet i allmänhet. Nej |

The hotel is very centrally located - close to shopping area and public transportation. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the hotel staff is very professional and client oriented. |

The location was excellent and easily found for first time visitors to Berlin. Every morning the breakfast was outstanding and generous. The hotel also has a pleasant bar and very nice staff in all positions. Given the value we got, I have no hesitation in recommending this fine hotel. I had difficulty with the WiFi but it may have just been my equipment. I don't use MS Internet Explorer. However the hotels offers two public terminals and so it was not a problem for me. |

Although the hotel bar was not spacious, it was comfortable, the beer/wine selection was good, and the barman was very efficient, courteous and his knowledge of English was also very good! Early morning noise from nearby construction work - however, this can only be a temporary annoyance. Overall, I would say, none!! |

Good location. Convenient to the shopping. Very nice/modern room with good heating. Bed and duvets were comfy. Not very many toiletries. Extra shampoo and lotion would have been helpful. |

The Location of the hotel was fanatastic. We had a balcony room overlooking the rhine which was just spectacular. The rooms & bathroom were quite large & clean |

Nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee machine in the lobby is nice, Breakfast excelent. The location of the hotel is extremly noisy - busy crossroad. There seemed to be also unusually high level of noise from within the hotel. |

Location was good. Close to Ku-dam and U-bahn stop. Nice Mexican restaurant nearby. Easy access. It's relatively old. Small, old bathroom. Small room. Room had stained carpet, average bed, nothing special at all. The Marriott we booked (from Booking.com) in Koln was easily 4x better and not as expensive. |
