The comfortable room and the spacious shower that we had (room 216 if anyone is interested, also it's a quiet room as it is facing back from the street). It had a mini microwave oven! It's a 5 min walk to the city center and easily accessible via the motorway. Location is very good, next to shopping streets The fact that a four star hotel charges you extra for breakfast and parking. One would expect that these expenses would be included in the rate. Only one channel in english on TV! For non german speakers that could be a drag. |

Good location; nice room. Really nice that a free sauna was available; however, sauna shower flooded because of poor drainage. |

Friendly staff and good service. We've stayed in this particular hotel several times and Room 216 was the best yet. Found that the shower was very slippery, could do with an optional safety matt |

De kamers waren schoon en klaar, het personeel was aardig en de sauna was geweldig. Wij hebben niet ontbeten in het hotel, want dat vonden erg duur. |

Op loopafstand van het centrum. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Zuid-Limburg. Voor ons goede uitvalsbasis tijdens Pinkpop festival. Op 50 meter afstand van hotel is prima te ontbijten voor een normale prijs. De vraagprijs voor ontbijt (16 euro p.p) is buiten proportie. |
