Our room was fabulous, a suite at the price of an ordinary room. Lots of space, table and sofas, small kitchen area. We were surprised and delighted.

10 minute walk to Xmas markets in town centre. Staff efficient at check-in Room in a corner so really squeezed in. A/C didn't work and on a busy road so too noisy to open window. No free wifi, which should be automatic these days.

Close to Eurogress The rooms are small and definitely not 4*. Poor range of towels, could have done with at least one more, no facetowels. No bin in bathroom. View over a graveyard from the rooms that look out on the back. Housekeeping left a bucket of extremely dirty water outside my room for several hours. First and last time I stayed here.

I thought the room as a small bedroom for a single traveller (though also fine for two for a short stay) was the best-appointed and most comfortable I've stayed in. I couldn't fault it, which is rare! The car park is useful but it's hard to find a place to park while you're checking with the hotel desk what the parking procedure is.

Easy to find, free parking facilities. Clean comfortable room good standard of TV. The buffet style breakfast offered had plenty of options to choose from, food and drink quality good. Single room was compact to say the least - very small bathroom. No WIFI in the bedroom

The location is great as it is 15 minutes to the Old Town and 5 minutes to the Carolus Therme, a good balance. It is only 4 stops from the Main train station and walkable to the main shopping area. Rooms are well refurbrished and very clean.

very pleasant staff, hotel was exceptionally clean. There was no cupboard space whatsoever, not even a draw on the writing desk or bedside cabinet.. No net curtains so they had to be left closed all the time for privacy. I could see into other apartments across the road including a dentist, so it goes without saying they could also see in my room

The rooms at the back are large and pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The rooms do not have good soundproofing. Even though I was at the back, and thus could not hear the traffic noise, I did hear other guests talking in their rooms and moving about.

If you go to this hotel, be sure to book the rooms at the back. They are actually more or less holiday resorts, with jaccuzi's, 2 lcd tv's and walk-in closets as big as some hotelrooms for the less fortunate ones.. ;)

It was a very small room, not very cosy. It was difficult to come around the bed. Not a room you would expect for a 4 star hotel.

The room was well positioned and quiet and also away from the road so that we heard little noise. Breakfast was also very good. We had difficulty finding it but the man on Reception was extremely helpful - 16 April. I did not like the man on Reception as we checked out - he was grunpy and impatient and did not appear to appreciate any one else's opinion other than his own.

Parking spaces adjacent to the hotel which is convenient. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to request for the rooms at the back of the hotel (garden view), it was roomy and quiet. The reception staff are very friendly and informative, made our stay more pleasant and the location is great with only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Breakfast buffet was overpriced compared to what was offered, better options to go downtown. We reserved a double room and we got 2 separate beds that are pushed together but there was a gap between the mattress due to the bed frame.

“We visited Aachen for the Christmas market and the hotel's location was excellent for this and also for other shopping areas. Although on a main thoroughfare we had a room overlooking one of the side-streets and it was quiet, the double-glazing very effective. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly and there were tea etc making facilities in the room which is really nice on a cold winter's day.” Kathy, Fareham |
