Excellent very proffesional staff, as Mrs. Kim from the reception.

Facilities in the room need to be renovated.A bit scarry room with a strange position.High room price and the quality what you can get it for this price.

Very dated, very cold inside. Had to borrow extra heater. Never booking this hotel again

the rooms which are on main street are noisy.

Spa and Casino are jsut down the block!

My car was safe on their parking area that was 2 buildings down from the hotel, but I think there was no camera system and maybe they should invest in one?

Exceptionally friendly staff - really welcoming and helpful. Top marks . Being Christmas Market time, a plate of the local speciality "printen" were there for visitors. Parking convenient and easy. Not at all a corporate box - cleverly designed , especially the ground floor. We had a very spacious family room with kitchenette. As others have observed, probably worth extra for the biggest rooms , All in all, a really pleasant surprise and it gave us a very positive impression of Best Western hotels in Germany

Unique room layout

The curtains in the bedroom were so dusty that when my fiancee opened them to see how to close an open window so much dust filled the room that she had a coughing attack and had to sleep on the couch in the other room. Very unpleasant.

The room is too small. and the breakfast is expensive

The room was very small. The receiption could not handle our simple request to get two rooms in the same floor.

+ I am surprised that we had a very nice room with a small kitchen, which helps a lot for my little kid. + convinient location for family with little kids, with the aim of leisure visiting; there is a children play ground in the green area just in the neighbourhood, and we went there every late afternoon; + a supermarket and also a chinese one are within the walking distance + free breakfast for little kids

The staff were friendly.

Very little natural light. The only light came from the front door which is opposite the bed, with the door curtain shut (For privacy) there was no light. It also felt like staying in a converted wine cellar. It was also loud

The hotel is located quite close to the main bus terminal in Aachen, which made it easy to access the shuttle bus that I needed to take to a sports venue morning and night.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days, for the first 2 the air conditioning did not work and the toilet did not flush properly. They were fixed after I told the reception staff. My room was small with dormmer windows so you had to be careful not to hit your head on the sloping ceiling. There was a lot of traffic noise if you tried to open the windows (no air) I think I had one of the worst rooms as I was a solo traveller. I asked to be shown some other rooms for 2013 and they were much better for about the same cost. Accommodation during chio Aachen is hard to find and usually booked a year in advance. My room was expensive and I hope I can find a better one for 2013. I did not have breakfast at the hotel as it is an extra 15 euro per day.

We chose Best Western because we have confidence in the standard of the accommodation. We also valued the proximity of the parking.

Great location. Good size room with good facilities, verg good bathroom. Very helpful friendly staff who spoke English. Excellent bakery/cafe around the corner and a laundry as well. Highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff.

Street noise. The air conditioner is automatically switched of at night. For fresh air need to open windows, hence big noise.

Our room was very good size, the ac worked very good, the room had a mini bar with inexpensive beer and goodies. The breakfast in the morning was of good quality and a nice selection of items. The hotel is about a four block walk to the historic area of Aachen but it seems to be an ok area. The hotel has their own parking lot which is a lot less expensive then the city parking garages. It was a goog stay.

The parking lot is pee gravel so its kind of hard on the suite case wheels.

the walls were paper thin, and you could everything, especially the partying, but luckily they went out and came back subdued.
