The should put boilers for coffee and tea . They do provide it free but it takes very long time till tea or coffee to be served to the room

The hotel was good for the value. Good breakfast and the hotel was centrally situated.

The wall was so thin that I was sufferred from the TV noise of neighbour.

The room, clean and nice beds

very good location and easy excess to underground train, room is not very small , breakfast is good.

I have asked Mr. Peterson, the duty reception on that morning to arrange to e-mail us copy of invoice quoted my name and my wife as we need it to submit the same to our govenrnent dept to put up an offical claim since we are on the offical trip, however, till today, nothing has heard so far, pls assist us in this matter urgrntly , without the invoice, we will have to come out from our own pocket and suffer unnecessary financial losses.

Location and Breakfest

The breakfast was exceptionally good and catered for a wide range of inernational tastes. The night porter was kind and attentive when we arrived very late.

Requested a quite room on booking, and it was located on the fourth floor and very quite. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Reception staff very helpful and english very good. Also central location, very handy to walk to bars and eating places. Good choice for city break in Dusseldorf.

Breakfast was perhaps understaffed - on two out of three mornings had to clear tables ourselves to find somewhere to sit. Also breakfast items not replenished, often having to wait for orange juice and hot items to be restocked. Ok if you have plenty of time.

Clean room, nice staff and a nice breakfast

I liked the very friendly service, e. g. wake up call, coffee and tea service any time you want. Had a very good massage in the Spa department. Breakfast was excellent and the distance to station was short.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room I stayed was well cleaned,so I could spend comfortably. Also the breakfast was very various and excellent.

The soundproof is expected to be improved.

Perfect location, nice and quiet room, on a walking distance to the Königsallee and Altstadt, espacially interesting if you like to drink during your night out. Very nice breakfast with fresh tomatos, cucumber etc.

If you have a big car, better think twice before using the carpark, it's very very narrow.

Well located, friendly staff, good bed, good breakfast.

The room was practical with a good bed but very plain, dull decoration, not as high a quality as I thought it would be.
