Die äußerst freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück und in der Bar / Restaurant Eine sehr schlechte Beratung / Hinweise auf besondere Angebote, ein mögliches Osterbrunch sollte einen Mehrpreis von 18,90€ pP ausmachen. Die Kosten fürs Frühstück betrugen bereits 11,00€. Von den Brunchgästen erfuhren wir, dass das Brunch für auswärtige Gäste 18,90€ kostete. Das nenn ich Abzocke! Insgesamt hat die Freundlichkeit dem Gast gegenüber noch großes Verbesserungspotential.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad sehr großzügig und neu eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Kostenloses Parken und Internetzugang.

Prima hotel. Geen opmerkingen. Rustig gelegen, propere en ruime kamer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kan het hotel gerust aanbevelen.

Bel hôtel moderne situé en pleine campagne dans l'ancien château du village completement rénové. Nous étions un peu perdu dans cette immense salle du petit déjeuner. Une petite musique d'ambiance aurait réchauffé l'atmospère.

Es ist ein gut geführtes Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab trotz ihrer Ankündigung keine Minibar und leider keine Möglichkeit zur Kaffee- und Teezubereitung im Appartement. Am Nachmittag sowohl im Hotel als auch im Ort keine Möglichkeit einer Verpflegung ( Kaffee/ Kuchen oder Snack ). Wir mussten 5 km in einen Nachbarort fahren.

Die grossen Räume und der Garten Der Service vorallem beim Essen war lausig. In diesem Hotel hat es jeden Tag Busunternehmen die dann über das Frühstücksbuffet herfallen und danach wird das Buffet für die anderen Leute nicht mehr gefüllt. Nichts für Leute welche nicht gut laufen können. Frühstücksbuffet über 2 Treppen erreichbar und da man den Kaffee auch selbst holen muss muss man gut zu Fuss sein.

ruhig gelegen, bequemes Bett mit 2 Kissen Minibar im Zi., oder Wasserkocher mit Kaffeepulver hätte zur Selbstversorgung den Aufenthalt noch getoppt.

Saubere freundliche Zimmer, groszügiger Aussenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Sitzecke vorhanden, jedoch keine Angebot einer Verpflegung im Hotel. Keine Hausbar für einen Drink, keine Minibar im Zimmer. Frühstück dürftig, Service unprofessionell, Fehlende Angebote werden nicht nachgefüllt - Gast muss sich selbst bemühen - Tische werden beim Abräumen des Frühstücksgeschirrs nicht für den nächsten Gast gereinigt. - Lage sehr schön, bei schlechtem Wetter jedoch kein Angebot des Hotels für gemütliches Umfeld und aufmerksamen Service.

Die Lage und das Ambiente Wir hatten das Appartement gebucht und bekamen zuerst dafür ein normales Komfort-Doppelzimmer. Erst nach intensiver Reklamation und Verweis auf die Buchung (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad) erhielten wir eine Suite. Diese hatte weder Minibar noch die in der Buchung bestätigten Tee- und Kaffemaschinen. Das Personal im Service ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen völlig ungeschult. Die Leistung der Küche stark verbesserungsfähig. Auch der Empfang ist recht unfreundlich, bei Reklamationen schnippich und am Gast uninteressiert. Nur der guten Lage wegen könnte man das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Da die Hausdame das ganze lange Wochenende über die Geschäftsleitung vertrat, ist zu hoffen, dass mit gutem Management der Service verbessert werden könnte. So hatte man nur den Eindruck "außen hui, innen pfui".
