+ Location: 15-20 minutes drive from Bamberg (smaller roads); Close to highway direction Nurnburg + Idyllic setting (close to golf; castle; pont; swans, ...) - note: in contradiction to the pictures, the hotel is situated primarily in a new building, not in the castle + Nice / modern / spacey rooms

    - Missing some of the "4-star hotel" features (no gym, no pool, bar was closed) - Hotel does not conduct client surveys (to allow them to learn from feedback) - Reception did not have a clue where the jogging / walking trails are situated near the hotel (?) - Hotel seems to focus more on "Events" (weddings, corporate events, etc), which makes meeting facility area busy and "normal" hotel guests getting secondary focus? Examples are: (1) guests not related to events do not get the garden-view hotels (these have a nicer view, but - indeed - risk to become noisy in case of events on the garden terras); (2) outside parking reserved for event guests (3) staff due to event workload cannot timely service the other terras customers (4) breakfast during weekdays fairly modest - What clientele does this hotel try to focus on? Attract golvers? Attract tourists combing city trips and nature? Hotel management is not creating a relationship with these profiles
