The room was large, the internet was free w/5 bars, reasonable price, great breakfast. Pleanty of staff, friendly (all spoke english) and were very pleasant. It's not even the closest Best Western to the Airport, it's a good 10 min drive. Will need a gps to find the hotel (it's not on the a main drag). Not enough parking, if you're not one of the first 13 folks w/vehicles at the hotel, you're parking on the road, if you can find a place. Staff did not know how to work the scanner, needed a couple documents scanned to my thumb drive. If you like hard beds, this is the hotel for you (new'er bed, no box spring)

The rooms are clean and modern. The service is friendly and helpful. Close to city centre and fitness. The single room is small. Very bad WLAN connection.

Staff on the evening I arrived were certianly multi talented! They covered reception, the bar and waitressing in the area downstairs. They were very helpful and their spoken English was excellent! The rooms were very small, quite stark, and the bed was very hard. It describes itself as an "airport hotel" but the taxi there was 20 Euros!

Located in the middle of nowhere. Description said 24 hrs service. But we arrived at 10pm and everything was empty and dark.

The rooms were spaciousand clean...and everything I needed already in the room, fresh towels, soap, a washroom, convienent fridge, coffee, tea, tv, air conditioning.....comfortable bed with nice linen....i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it and I would stay again.... We looked for a place near to the airport. I was pleased...Thank you

Nice clean rooms, helpfull staff, breakfast was fine. We chose this hotel as we were only in the area for 1 day and wanted to shop in Metzingen and the shutlle bus goes from the hotel to Metzingen and back, very convinient.

Very basic hotel but clean and tidy and staff reasonably helpful. No organisation with giving rooms out - told rooms together and not. Double beds but single duvets???? No international (English) tea in rtoom and to request milk with tea we looked like we had landed from Mars not England !

The location was for us great, as we had a business meeting South of Stuttgart the next day. Quality for the price was good, and the breakfast quite satisfactory. The breakfast restaurant became a bit crowded during "rush time" before 8.

Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful throughout. Location was, for my purposes, perfect. I noticed they had a "shopping shuttle" which was a good idea for those with time. Due to short stay did not find anything I didn't like

Very quiet position, nice breafast. Free internet access Although parking is free, parking low is not large and I guess that when the hotel is full it is not easy to park your car.

Stuttgart ist einen Städtetripp wert. Mit welchem Hotel auch immer. Wenn wir einen Parkplatz reservieren, dann sollte dieser auch vorhanden sein. Dieses Hotel zählt aus unserer Sicht in die Kategorie - Touristenfalle. Nie wieder!!! Das erste NR-Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, das zweite Zimmer war mit Staub gesegnet und einer Aussicht auf eine Art von Schrottplatz (brennbare Gefahrenstoffe auf der Grundstücksgrenze des Nachbarn). Eine Nacht und nix wie weg. Besser ein paar Euro mehr investieren und besser wohnen. Die Betten waren schmal und kurz - die Füße hingen nachts aus dem Bett - bei 1,83 m Körpergröße. Nie nie wieder! Ausstattung - Mangelhaft

Завтрак. Некомпетентность персонала и не информирование гостей о том, что shopping bus shuttle надо заказывать заранее, т.к. он не ездит по указанному расписанию. Информации об этом нет нигде!

Die nahe Lage zum Flughafen - dass es bereits ab 5 Uhr Frühstück gab !!! Super, dass man das Auto während des Urlaubs abstellen kann und dass es ein Shuttle zum Flughafen angeboten wird.

Выбор был сделан в пользу этого отеля по 2 причинам: 1. Удобное расположение ( от аэропорта 1 остановка на метро и 3 остановки от метро до отеля на автобусе №76), время в пути от отеля до аэропорта составляет 10 минут. 2. Цена Дружелюбный персонал, помогли решить все вопросы, а ещё, в отеле очень вкусные завтраки ( шведский стол накрыт с 5 часов, а т.к. у нас был ранний вылет - это очень порадовало). Большое спасибо за тёплый приём!Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз!
