Prompt and efficient service. Friendly staff, Breakfast excellent. Linguistic abilities of staff made enquiries easy. Coach to the opera arranged. The hotel is too far from the centre of Bayreuth if you are attending the operas in the evening. A coach is laid on which is excellent but in the mornings you either have to make another expensive taxi journey to the centre or else spend the morning on an industrial estate. The hotel is great for travellers and if you have a car it can be easily parked and then there is no problem. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. |

Abilitiy to use free bicycles to get around the city. Extremely expensive outsourced clothes-cleaning services. One load of laundry should not cost 50 euros to wash. But it did!! |

Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn sind die Zimmer absolut ruhig. Während der festspiele gibt es ein Shuttle für 4€ pro Person in die Stadt (Dauer 7 min) ansonsten gibt es einen öffentlichen Bus der einen in 30 min ins Zentrum von Bayreuth bringt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal. Auch geeignet für Geschäftsmeetings. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und verbreitete eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer hatten guten Schreibtisch, gut beleuchtet. Badezimmer groß. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und gratis. Der Lärm vom Verkehr. |

Es ist wunderbar, dass nichts im Badezimmer rauscht, wie man es so oft hat, wenn man dort das Licht anmacht. Die Fenster sind so schalldicht, dass man selbst auf der Seite, wo die Schnellstrasse ist, nichts hört. Wer die Bayreuther Festspiele besucht, kann das Festspielhaus von hinten erreichen (hat also nach den Vorstellungen keine Wartezeiten). |

Wir waren angenehm von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter angetan. Die Freundlichkeit war nicht gekünstelt. Positiv war auch, dass ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung standen. |

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr gut. Die Zimmerseite zur Autobahn hin ist sehr laut. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist kaum möglich. Das geschlossene Fenster ist allerdings sehr gut isoliert. |

Geräumiges Badezimmer (Handtuchablage in Waschbeckennähe wäre wünschenswert), hübsches Restaurant mit guter, preiswerter Karte. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zufahrt zum Hotel nicht ausgeschildert. Zimmer relativ klein. Da wir als Festspielgäste (für die das Haus auch angeboten wird) unterwegs waren, haben wir einen Zimmersafe vermisst. |

Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal.Sauberkeit der Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Sauberkeit des Zimmers: Strümpfe, Bonbonpapier und Schmutzwolken unter dem Bett. Duschvorhang versifft, Toilettensitz unterhalb versifft. Zimmer - Zweitschlüssel standen nicht zur Verfügung ! |
