Honest apologies of the hotel staff for the discomfort. Little price reduction due to the inconvenience. Very dusty room! Found one cockroach in my bathroom (hotel staff denies that it was one).

WiFi is included in the room rate. The breakfast tables were not clean. Table clothes showed stains and some "fresh" plates showed what a previous guest had on his plate.

The cleaness of the room and the breakfast. Limited wifi access, the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, especially the one in the breakfast room, were below expectation. The address was also a bit confusing.

Frisch renoviertes Zimmer, tolles reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet! Mit dem Auto 5 min in die Innenstadt. Gratis Parkplatz, nette Bar, sehr nettes Personal. Keine Klimaanlage - Außentemperatur 32 Grad.

Ruhige, periphäre Lage mit Möglichkeit, Stadtzentrum leicht mit Strassenbahn oder Bus zu erreichen. Gratisparkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Zimmer mit zeitgemässem Komfort.

Qualité de l’hôtel en lui même (prestation, pdj, chambre...) La situation de l'hôtel : en dehors du centre ville. Il faut reprendre sa voiture pour aller visiter la ville d'Ulm.

sehr netter Service ich habe zwei Studio Zimmer gebucht und habe zwei normale Doppelzimmer bekommen ( Preis war der gleiche bei der Reservierung) war etwas entäuscht darüber.
