Prima doorreis hotel op weg naar wintersport . Restaurant zat vol waardoor we alleen aan de bar konden eten. Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum waardoor je niet snel in een ander restaurant kunt gaan eten zonder weer in de auto te stappen.

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sind ungewöhnlich. Gutes Frühstück und geschmackvolle Zimmer. Die angrenzenden Straßen machen es nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen und trotz geschlossener Fenster ist der Verkehr störend.

Die Räumlichkeiten (Zimmer, Lobby, Restaurant usw.) bieten alle sehr wenig Platz. Es wirkt alles sehr eng. Beim Gang zum Frühstück "stolpert" man in der Lobby über die Konferenzgäste, die Kaffeepause machen. Alles in allem kein schlechtes Hotel, aber mehr "naja,geht so" als "wow!".

l'accueil et la disponibilté du personnel Le restaurant était fermé mais on nous a consseiller un restaurant proche de grande qualité à des prix très démocratiques l'absence d'air conditionné dans les chambres mais la période correspondait à une canicule exceptionnelle

Bra parkeringsmöjligheter, mycket bra restaurang som vid tillfället hade utegrill, mycket bra frukost, mycket rena och trevliga rum, mycket service-minded och trevlig personal, bra på engelska, bra ventilation och värme, trevlig miljö i hotellet, effektiv in och utcheckning. Läget. hotellet ligger utanför staden Ulm, relativt mycket trafik utanför hotellet vilket kan påverka nattsömnen om man har fönster öppna.

Grosse Flexibiltät der Serviceleistung. Sauna wurde auf Anfrage auch noch spät am Abend eingeschaltet. Das Personal, überall, war äausserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch besonders toll, das Frühstücksbuffet, sowie der Korb mit äpfeln an der Rezeption Das Restaurant war schier überlastet am Abend wo das Hotel total besetzt war. Musste 40 min auf ein Burger warten. Aber bei dem liebenswèrdigen Service war das dann doch nicht so schlimm Hotel liegt etwas abseits

Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Het was voor ons een overnachting op weg naar Italie. Voor een gezin met 4 kinderen is het jammer dat er geen extra bed op de kamer bijgezet kon worden. Dit is voor ons een rede om de volgende keer naar een ander hotel uit te kijken.

Geen mening. Te kort in hotel verbleven. Jammer dat we pas vanaf 20.00 uur 's avonds konden dineren omdat er een gezelschap in het hotel was. Dit viel tegen omdat we een lange rit achter de boeg hadden en ook de volgende dag weer een lange rit moesten maken. Verder was de stad Ulm niet echt naast de deur om uit eten te gaan.

lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt -vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel-goede ligging om met bus in centrum te geraken voor stadsbezoek. Zeer rustig en stil op de kamer. Jammer dat de sauna niet werkte!

Es war prinzipiell ok, Frühstück war sehr gut, vor allem Kaffee. Der Wellness-Bereich war geschlossen, für mich war es der Grund dort überhaupt zu übernächtigen, sonst hätte ich ein ein günstigeres Hoteö gehen können. In der Badewanne beim Duschen krabbelte mir ein Käfer aus dem Ausguss entgegen. Für ein 4* nicht ok!

Im Zimmer selber werden für die Minibar-Produkte niedrigere Preise genannt als beim Check-Out dann verlangt werden - was aber den Service-Mitarbeiter nicht interessiert - es würden seine Preise gelten, nicht die auf dem Zimmer
