Clean, big rooms, great breakfast! Best staff ever! My last day I had to wake up at 2 a.m. and I received a small breakfast and a meal box! Awesome. |

The staff was very friendly and we could already check in hours before the offical check-in time. The Suite we had was a two room appartment wich was absolutely great. That there is no air-conditioning in an hotel like this is a bit strange. Fortunately the windows could be opened and because we had a suite on the corner of the building, there was enough ventilation. But as in any city, sleeping with your windows open results in a lot of noise coming from the streets. |

The location, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, room was very well laid out with a refrigirator and hot water maker for coffee and tea. I was very comfortable temperature in April, but since there are no airconditioners, I don't know how it feels in hot days. |

The service was good and staff were very friendly. All of our rooms were of a high standard and the linen was changed everyday. The breakfast was also very good quality and fresh every omorning. |

The hotel is located in an excellent place, close to the central part of the city as well as the commercial neighborhood. Hotel staff is excellent, very helpful and extremely cordial, they provide an extraordinary service. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The sauna and steam bath are a nice place to relax. |

Very nice hotel. Peaceful and nice room. Comfortable beds. The personal in the breakfast room was very proffesional. Though they did not serve us any breakfast the last morning. We asked for it, but they said that it is not possible. The staff was already in restaurant when we checked out. So should not have been any problem for them to serve us our breakfast. That is my opinon. I guess that we asked the wrong person ..? |

Located on a quiet street but with a tram stop about 100 metres in one direction and a U-bahn stop a similar distance in the other direction the hotel was ideally located. Breakfast was good and open till 10.30 n(12.30 on New Years day) so was ideal for late risers. The staff were helpful and very friendly. No complaints whatsoever. |

Very friendly hotel staff, pretty clean, delicious breakfast, fair price, all the rest appropriate to strong 4 star hotel nearby located living houses might be considered a strange location but at the same time calm area just 15 min from the downtown. Furniture rather basic and simple but more than enough for a short stay |
