The friendliness of the reception staff the not so friendliness of the breakfast room staff - well actually, there was a young man who was very friendly and someone else, who was very grumpy. Not really unfriendly, but for great service, I'd like to see a smile and hear friendly words. |

The Fantastic breakfast buffet. That in the afternoon ice tee was available in the library,I have not see this in another Hotel in germany before! Also that one could check emails WITHOUT my laptop being carried to Frankfurt. |

Convenient location for my purposes, car parking was very secure although perhaps pricey. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be welcome for a summer visit. |

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, very central to Frankfurt city centre, yet beautifully quiet as located in a residential area, neighbouring on to the Zoo, so the odd Peacock cry can be heard :). Delicious breakfast selection. All in all, I have found "my" hotel in Frankfurt, would always chose to stay at the Alexander again. |

Great hotel, 10 minute walk to the city center. A metro stop is very nearby. Breakfast is very good. Nothing really important, only the man who cleaned our room was a bit smelly |

The hotel is in a good shape, the breakfast is excellent, the staff professional and friendly. The wireless internet (provider cloud) is rather expensive - it should be free. After paying 9 EUR for 1 hour, the connection was extremely slow and I could actually not even check my e-mail. The staff could not help and only advised me to call a cloud hot-line; which is comparable to a situation where the water tap is not working and they advice me to call a plummer! Completely inappropriate! |
