The hotel is situated in a quiet location near Frankfurt Zoo. Walk to the nearby Berger Straße with its many restaurants, bars and shops or take the metro to the city centre. Frankfurt Messe (fairgrounds) and the financial district can be easily reached by public transport.

The breakfast buffett. - Location of hotel is convenient and nice &
quiet. - The environmentally friendly towel system. Should apply to
sheets as well!

I would prefer smaller, crisp rolls. In the bathroom, the tub should
have an anti-slip "Beschichtung", and at least one safetyk grip.

The friendliness of the reception staff

the not so friendliness of the breakfast room staff - well actually, there was a young man who was very friendly and someone else, who was very grumpy. Not really unfriendly, but for great service, I'd like to see a smile and hear friendly words.

The Fantastic breakfast buffet. That in the afternoon ice tee was available in the library,I have not see this in another Hotel in germany before! Also that one could check emails WITHOUT my laptop being carried to Frankfurt.

The Hotel is excellent, the room is perfection, silent and very clean. The internet is free (Oh, There wasn't condition air in MY room, just ventilator and July is very hot)

Convenient location for my purposes, car parking was very secure although perhaps pricey.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be welcome for a summer visit.

Room size-quite large ...Very clean..Good breakfast ...Good underground parking facility ...Quiet neighborhood .

No air conditioning ...The rooms definitely need airconditioning on hot summer days .

Exceptionally friendly and efficient service, very central to Frankfurt city centre, yet beautifully quiet as located in a residential area, neighbouring on to the Zoo, so the odd Peacock cry can be heard :). Delicious breakfast selection. All in all, I have found "my" hotel in Frankfurt, would always chose to stay at the Alexander again.

Great hotel, 10 minute walk to the city center. A metro stop is very nearby. Breakfast is very good.

Nothing really important, only the man who cleaned our room was a bit smelly
