Nice breakfast and free coffee and tea bags! I would really wish the shower room has a shower curtain, so I don't have to worry about spilling the water outside the bath tub the entire time. After a long-tiring day at the trade show, I would like to just wind down and take a comfortable shower. |

The breakfast buffett. - Location of hotel is convenient and nice & quiet. - The environmentally friendly towel system. Should apply to sheets as well! I would prefer smaller, crisp rolls. In the bathroom, the tub should have an anti-slip "Beschichtung", and at least one safetyk grip. |

The friendliness of the reception staff the not so friendliness of the breakfast room staff - well actually, there was a young man who was very friendly and someone else, who was very grumpy. Not really unfriendly, but for great service, I'd like to see a smile and hear friendly words. |

The Fantastic breakfast buffet. That in the afternoon ice tee was available in the library,I have not see this in another Hotel in germany before! Also that one could check emails WITHOUT my laptop being carried to Frankfurt. |
