I liked the very rich breakfast, the awesome location - right next to the train station, shopping and octoberfest. The free internet computer in the lobby. The staff was not very helpful for tourist.each morning the maid would between 7:30 - 8:30 and woke us up :( |

The location is just right because it is near the train station and walking distance to Stacchus. I was in room 602 and the street noise could be heard. |

The location is close to city center.The breakfast was good (continental, american and bavarian). My single room was a spacious double room. The bathroom was clean. Even at the 6th floor I clearly heard the noise from the street. |

Excellent breakfast. The weather outside was warm, but the room was unbearable. Only a fan to cool off which was nearly enough. |

The Best Western Hotel Cristal location is good for those wanting to do shoping since it is only few hundred meters from a good shopping area. We liked the hotel breakfast. It was clean, the service was good, and it did have many selection that staisfied all tastes. With no good airconditioning the noise from the outside was too anoying at night. The staf did not have sufficient info about the surroundings and other matters such as (for example) tax return issues. Some of them were not that friendly and harsh in their responses. |

Ther most important thing that l liked in the Hotel was its location. Everything was at a stone throw distance. Another thing good as regards the hotel was that it had a lovely and cozy bar. The Reception people were not so polite. |

A great breakfast and the position close to city center. The attempt of the person at the reception to force me to use internet through the hotel network (to pay) as well a wirless hotspot connection was available as indicated in the booking statement. |

It is perfectly suited for sightseeing within walking distance of the centre of munich very close to the station and airport bus. Traffic noise as we were in a front facing bedroom. |

We booked 4 night and we left after 17 hour. The hotel is in very bad area. My exprence 1-no one helped me with my lauge 2- no one help me find car parking 3 staff were rude they even complained about there work status and there company 4 our room were smilly dirtey and electricity problems. In my opinion I think its a turst trap. And for those traveling with children watch out since lots of adults shop around the hotel. We booked 4 night and we left after 17 hour.
