ショッピングスポットも歩いて行けるほどで便利でした。

中央駅から徒歩3分ぐらい、南側ロータリーからまっすぐ延びる道を進み1つ目の交差点を左ですぐです。オク- トーバーフェスト期間でとれたのはラッキーでした。もちろん会場へも徒歩圏内、帰りを気にせず安心してグビ- グビやってきた結果プチ迷子になりました。建物設備はきれいです。

ホテルの、フロントが、混雑。受付嬢が、不機嫌でした。こちらが、お上手を、言っていました。

混んでいるということで、部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。いい部屋だったので満足です。使いませんで- したが、ミニバーが、あるだけ飲んで一律4.9ユーロというのはお得です。フロントの人は皆親切でした。ホテルの料金も相場だと思います。ミュンヘン中- 央駅から近く便利です。

部屋にいるにもかかわらず、清掃のおばさんが、入ってきた。「まだ入ってくるな」と言ったのにズカズカ入っ- てきた。清掃のおばさんは、顔から判断するにおそらくドイツ人ではないと思われます。従業員教育をちゃんと- してください。５階・６階と１階を結ぶ、いい部屋用の専用のエレベータがあるのですが、従業員が使っている- せいで、なかなかこなかった。

値段が安く、駅から近い。

接客が丁寧だったこと。駐車場が無料だったこと。

風呂がなかったこと

Nice, large room and nicely appointed bathroom. Convenient location. Two grocery stores across the street which was handy as we did not take the 15 euro ($45 Canadian for two of us per day) breakfast offered at the hotel. Free internet in the lobby which was great. Quiet room. Housekeeping staff were great. Loved Munich and castle tour.

Would not stay here again. On check in, front desk person was dripping with the flu and she should have been home in bed, also then my friend got sick with the flu two days later. Most of the front desk staff always seemed too busy and officious and annoyed when we had questions. We asked for extra pillows (pillows are like pancakes) three days in a row, never got them. We had to use the service elevator to get to our floor. Hallway floors badly needed vacuming and never did seem to be done for 4 days. They have a drop box for room passes on the front desk so we drop our key pass in there. The box is no longer "in use" so they should remove it or tape up the slot. They were quite annoyed with us for dropping our pass in there.

I dont have anything positive about this hotel apart from it being clean. The Internet isn't free (wifi), the breakfast is the most expensive i have seen in Europe to date, the staff don't know the meaning of customer service, the aircon is bad and it is very noisy from the street below.

I was very dissappointed with this hotel. On check in we were given a room where the air con did not work. After two visits from the maintenance people and two visits to reception I had to myself suggest we try another room. I was told the air con was the same through out the hotel by a female and very rude male staff member but he handed me another room card and the aircon was much better there so it was not true about it being the same throughout the hotel. This male staff member was not in the least bit helpful and made me feel like it was my problem when the reason we booked here in the first place was because we had been pleased with the other Best Westerns used in Berlin, London and Amsterdam and because it was advertised as having aircon.

Friendly helpful staff. Super breakfasts. Near Station Comfortable rooms

I'd prefer if a continental breakfast was included in the rate charged. We didn't want a lot to eat in the morning so didn't want to pay €16.50 fr a buffet and only have a croissant and coffee. The room was very hot at night (heat was turned off) but it was too noisy outside to keep the window open. Air conditioning was ineffective. But the location of the hotel was ideal, and room was a good size and spotless.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast very rich.

Everything was ok to me.
