Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til Marienplatz. Også kort vei til Hauptbahnhof og butikker for shopping. OK frokostområde med bra utvalg av mat og drikke. Fint med minibar på rommet (helt nødvendig å kunne ha tilgang til kaldt drikke med høy romtemperatur gjennom natten). |

The thing that stands out for me is the central location, the friendly staff and the value for the dollar! There didn't seem to be air conditioning so we left the window open and it was quite noisy on the street. |

The staff were friendly. Overall, I am disappointed with my stay. The description on booking.com very clearly indicated that wifi was available for this hotel, and was disappointed to find out upon check-in that wifi is not an option. I made my decision based on this criterion - being connected is crucial to my ability to do business while traveling and I was unable to do this at the Hotel Cristal. Additionally, my departing flight left Munich Airport very early. The desk clerk informed me that they would prepare a boxed meal for me, in lieu of the breakfast I paid for. This was not done for me. |

The food and the staff were good and worthy of a return visit to the hotel. The location made our travel locally easier as well. During the heat wave the room was unbearably hot, I felt ill due to the heat and had to spend a lot of time in the A/C'd lobby area. I will not consider this hotel during the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. |

The staff was frfiendl and courtous.The location was very convenient for me, though the street was noisy, despit my location on the 6th floor (whch I apprciated). I was amazed that there was no airconditioning in the guest rooms on my floor! Perhaps this is the reason we were given a reduced rate online. If so, truthin advertising should have informed p0otential customers about this fact! |

As the site had told me, the hotel is located very close to city´s Haupbahnhof and access to tram lines. It is also very close to downtown were you can go shopping by foot. Staff was very nice trying to help us at all means; we watched a soccer game (Brazil) at the reception. They even had a flag to give us. Amazing! room could be a little bigger, but nothing that disturbed our stay. |

This was a nice room; comfortable, and clean. I would recommend it for budget-conscious travelers. I visited in July. My room had no air conditioning, but the fan and opening the window were enough to keep me comfortable. Hotel internet connection was affordably-priced. Wake up call did not arrive, my cell phone alarm saved me. I had to do some reconfiguring to make internet connection work. Staff didn't know much about it. |

Good location and comfortable, clean room. Nice staff. On-site parking for surcharge. Great breakfast (12 EUR per person). Internet connection available in the room. I would have expected to see air conditioning or at least mechanical air ventilation in a 4-star hotel. We stayed at the hotel in July and the room was hot and we were not able to cool it down even when we had the window open for the night. The corridor leading to the room was really hot, moist and stuffy. I would recommend this hotel if you are in town early spring, late autumn or during winter when it's cooler. |

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and thoroughly enjoyed the newness and simple elegance. While refurbishing the bathroom they must have decided to just put a new tub inside of the old one resulting in a tub that is very high off the ground. Hard to get into and the rod that holds shower head was not high enough anymore. Oh, and the elevators could stand to be renewed. 2 ladies in our party had the elevator door close on them since they don't have sensors... |

Value for money. The fact I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. The fact I was given a room with three single beds rather than one queen/king sized bed. The power point didn't work. |
