The staff was very courteous and friendly, and tried their best to help me overcome the failings of the hotel. I did not like that there was limited internet access in the hotel. I was given a access card that didn't work, and there weren't enough proper cables for me to access the internet. |

As a tourist with no car, within walking distance of many sites. Smokers standing outside and throwing butts on nearby sidewalks. |

Hotel was clean and central. Reception staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Surroundings on street were quiet and trouble free but possibly off putting for some visitors. |

The breakfast was just excelent. Generally the hotel and the rooms were clean and looked kind of new. The standar room did not have air conditioning which made the nights a nightmare. This is really a big downside of this hotel. |

good location to central station, fairly easy to walk to restaurants /bars, but very little nearby. rough area, rooms too warm to sleep in, traffic noise too loud to sleep with window open |

helpful friendly staff, close proximity to station and town centre bathrooms could be renovated, need modernising . layout of room needs rethought...bed in relationship to tv,,,not easy to watch tv because of its placement. |

The atmosphere inside the hotel as a whole, including room itself as well as the way the breakfast room is decorated, its appereance and service facilities, etreme politeness of the staff, all allowing you to feel really comphortable. An accelent location near by the public transport lines. Daily loading-unloading works near by the entrance of the hotel early in the morning, somethere on the street under the widow of your room. Actually you awake at 4.30 in the morning because of noise of these works. Also the noise caused by an intensive trafic on the street where the hotel is located. |

Central good location near by the main train station, although the not too recommendable neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, excelent attention from the staff. Good cost-benefit whith wonderful breakfast included. Wi-fi access too expensive, should not happen nowadays. |

The hotel was fine and most of the staff fairly friendly, they did not smile much. We did not like the location, we did not always feel safe.The hotel was a good price for what you got. |
