I stayed here before so I knew what to expect,the hotel is situated in a good central location.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the cleanliness of the room was excellent.The bathroom was well equipped and very clean. |

Very comfortable room, good a/c, new equipment and furniture, free wi- fi, good location (7 minutes from Frankfurt am Main train station), and the most important is...a terrific price for a double room in my stay Quite a lot of wanderer around that location and feeling not secure and anxious. |

Close the the train station and three stops from the airport. I booked this hotel because the website claimed it was air conditioned. But this was just a big lie. The room was not air conditioned. I was miserable in the heat and hardly slept. I doubt very much if I will ever trust a Frankfurt hotel again. |

Very nice staff, free wifi internet, pleasant and comfy rooms. Very good quality for the price. Location is close to red light district, but as long as you go on the right from the hotel (which is exactly the financial center) you can avoid all that!Probably best location which is close to the station. |

They upgraded us for free because they accidentally overbooked the standard rooms. The room was beautiful and clean with a nice bathroom and bed. Not a safe area for families or single travelers. |

Good location in downtown & close to train station My room was always warm, Shower stall too small. During the Summer there is no need to provide thick blankets -- thin sheets will suffice given you have no AC. Thanks for the fan. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although my room was small it had everything I needed. The hotel is only a few minutes from the main train station. The breakfast was very good as well (it was not included in my intitial booking but was well worth the extra cost). |

Rate and location. Easy walk from train station. Comfortable bed. Very noisy and we had to leave the window open to get air so that contributed to the noisiness. Should have air or a fan in the rooms. |

Very close to city centre (100 meter to Main Train station), have some free night parking outside Hotel. Also have paid parking very nearby cost only 3 Euro from 7pm to 7am. Too close to red light area, as well as Casino. I feel not very safe walking home after dark. Also no air conditioning, so relative hot in summer. Also next to a busy road, and have occasional loud motor bikes coming through during the night. |

Excelent hotel considering the rate paid There was a confusion with personnel in charge during my check out. Since I planned to leave the hotel at two o'clock in the morning, the night before I advised a lady in front desk of my plans, she verified my account and said everything was o.k. and told me there was always in fron desk. The morning I left the hotel I found nobody in the front desk, so I call and knocked several times with no response, so I left the key on the desk and left the hotel. I was just leaving the main door when a man call me telling me that that was not the way we had to leave the hotel and let me know that he had not heard my calls and knocks, what he heard was the entry alarm. This man verified my account and saw everything was o.k. He never believe me. |

I was in a business trip and really appreciated that it was near the location of the fair and the central station. I booked the hotel on line and I was told in my confirmation that the card used for the booking was not going to be used for payment. When I went to pay I was told that the payment had been already charged to my booking card. I didn't appreciate this, since that was my personal card and my company gave me the money to pay for my stay. |

Nice, clean room, air-condition was excellent. Also big plus for pillows and blankets. Short distance to railwaystation and exhibition hall. Shower - there was no pressure at all (at 5th floor) and it was really hard to get warm water. Moselstrasse is quite restless. |

It was warm, very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was marvellous. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with anything that we asked for The bathroom door would not close and the fan stayed on in the bathroom all the time. It should time out after the light has been switched off for say, 10 minutes |
