Staff was very helpful and attentious. Free computer to use at the lobby. Good and quiet room.

The location, besibes from being very close to the central train station, is also inside the red light zone. Lots of wanderers around. I've felt no save at night. The telephone rates charged by the hotel are *extremely extortion*. Avoid using the phone by all means.

Location is OK, much comunicative to every destinations. Not bad furniture and arrangement and a bit cosy.

We spend 4 nights there.First you were in 505 "comfortable" room - but many things didn't actually work there - room's safe lock was broken, bathroom's door coudn't close, window coudn't close and additional bad for our son every moment might fall down. We had to alarm 3 times the reception but they were mostly pretending any efforts and menaged to fix nothing. After two days they moved us in other room which was better excluding the fact that safe there was not any door. My complaint then faced with ironic smile from the desk menager. I think positive attitude and understanding are missing in this hotel's staff exluding the only man receptionist.

Room is spacious, and features several chairs, a desk, and a small utility table. Windows properly block sunlight in the morning.

It's a generous walk either to the main shopping area, or, to the nearest subway line ( Hauptbahnhof )

The ceiling of the room was so noisy that I woke up several times in the evening thinking that someone was in fact in my room, everytime the upstairs guest decided to walk.

I found the location of the hotel very good although some people might find the area being so close to the red light area offputting. Free use of internet. Free tea and coffee available 24 hours. Free hygiene products if required i.e toothbrush, shaving kit, sewing kit.

Room needed updating. Carpet needed replaced, shower not great and no bath plug if you wanted a bath rather than a shower.

A localização é razoável, permitindo passeios a pé pelos principais pontos da cidade. O ruim foi que o hotel não cumpriu a reserva. Reservei um quarto duplo (inclusive com pagamento antecipado). Ao chegar no hotel havia a reserva apenas de um quarto simples e não havia quartos disponíveis. Depois de muita discussão, tivemos que ficar em quartos simples separados (eu e minha mulher). Não houve compensação.

é necessário cuidado na região de localização do hotel, pois existem inúmeras casas de prostituição da região, com pessoas drogadas por perto.

Отель порадовал качеством обслуживания и доброжелательностью персонала. Отель находится рядом с железнодорожным и автобусным вокзалом, что делает ему большое преимущество для туристов ,которые проездом во Франкфурте. Отель находится рядом с арабским районом, но для прохода к старому городу и к улицам с барами и ресторанами, этот район можно обойти по соседним улицам и даже не заметить наличия не очень приятных мест. У нас так и получилось, мы приехали в 2 часа ночи прошли рядом и весь следующий день, тоже не заметили никакого арабского района, пока на в отеле нам не сказали, что лучше это место обходить. При чем, ничего плохого Вам сделать не могут. В отеле очень уютные и чистые номера. Соотношение цена и качество очень порадовало.

Чистый, ухоженный, маленький отель. Хорошие 3 звезды. Персонал - очень приветливый. Вечером можно попросить в номер чай, кофе. Мини бар не включен, но мы его не оплачивали- это был подарок от отеля. Дойти до центральной улицы - минут 15 спокойным шагом. Единственное, цена для Германии очень уж высока, для 3-х звезд от 140 евро( в зависимости от номера),наверное это связано с тем, что во Франкфурте на майне происходят постоянные выставки и спрос на отели высок.
