Best Western Hotel Domicil

La chambre réservée était absolument inacceptable de par sa taille, propreté et confort !!! Heureusement que j'ai eu l'occasion de changer de chambre en payant un supplément dans une chambre de meilleure catégorie !

Superbe !!! Cet hotel est très bien tenu. Les chambres très confortables, propres, spacieuses. La literie est douillette. J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hotel et réserverai de nouveau une chambre la prochaine fois que je transiterai par Francfort. J'ai y séjourné avec ma mère et mon frère de 19 ans.

Alors que je voulais payer ma chambre en cash en arrivant j' ai appris que vous aviez déjà débité ma Master card que j' avais utilisé pour faire la réservation. Ceci m' a fait perdre 2% de commission et 1.5% de frais de traitement. Même si je réserve avec une carte je veux pouvoir payer la facture comme je le souhaite. De plus en facturant Master card vous avez aussi perdu de l' argent.

Extremely expensive breakfast. On the left, it's near strip clubs and people to avoid. If you turn right, that's not a major issue.

Very comfortable room, good a/c, new equipment and furniture, free wi- fi, good location (7 minutes from Frankfurt am Main train station), and the most important is...a terrific price for a double room in my stay

Location is close to red light district, but as long as you go on the right from the hotel (which is exactly the financial center) you can avoid all that!Probably best location which is close to the station.

Good location in downtown & close to train station

My room was always warm, Shower stall too small. During the Summer there is no need to provide thick blankets -- thin sheets will suffice given you have no AC. Thanks for the fan.

Rate and location. Easy walk from train station. Comfortable bed.

Very noisy and we had to leave the window open to get air so that contributed to the noisiness. Should have air or a fan in the rooms.

Excelent hotel considering the rate paid

There was a confusion with personnel in charge during my check out. Since I planned to leave the hotel at two o'clock in the morning, the night before I advised a lady in front desk of my plans, she verified my account and said everything was o.k. and told me there was always in fron desk. The morning I left the hotel I found nobody in the front desk, so I call and knocked several times with no response, so I left the key on the desk and left the hotel. I was just leaving the main door when a man call me telling me that that was not the way we had to leave the hotel and let me know that he had not heard my calls and knocks, what he heard was the entry alarm. This man verified my account and saw everything was o.k. He never believe me.
