Great location

Room was clean, but smelled by cigarettes and at there was a very noisy to live on Kurfurstendamm street.

The location was perfect. Room was nice & clean.

There were two girls working in the reception and both were not friendly, very grumpy. We felt that we were not welcomed in the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location, as it placed on Ku'damm, next to the Wilhem church and a 5' minute walk from the zoologischer garten bahnof

The reception is on the 6th floor and the receptionist was very rude and ironic. The room was ok for its price but the walls and the carpet were very dirty. The tv and the radio were not working so had nothing to do while we were in our room. The curtains were destroyed, as they fell down when we attempted to use them.. There are much better hotels...I Don't think I would go back there again

The hotel is superbly located in a highly upbeat and activity filled area of West Berlin, with dozens of retail outlets around and access via all modes of transport. It is perfect for young vacationers and business travelers who want to be well located from all points of interest in the city. The rooms are large and comfortable and rates are very good.

The promised free Wifi has been down for months now and that was a let down as it would make the hotel perfect in all respects, though you did get Wifi once you exit the hotel from Starbucks across the road and other free open sources.

Good location. Very nice balcony to have breakfast. Rooms need renovation. Next time it can be my choice again.

Rooms need updating, reception on 6th floor leaving rooms freely accessible from the street.

An excellent hotel in a most central position. Two tube stations within one minute walk, and the multi line Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten within a four minute walk. The hotel is in the middle of Berlin's best shopping area, and within easy reach of all parts of the city.The reception is six floors up, and its ground floor entrance can be perhaps a little confusing. However, note that it is across the Kudamm almost opposite the big department store Karstadt., Breakfast room and snack-bar, bar is on the sixth floor with large exterior patio providing excellent views

The rooms facing the Kurfuerstendamm can get very warm in the afternoon with the direct sun. however, the windows can be opened to relieve the slight problem. A tea or coffee making facility would be an undoubted assett even if it involved a slight increase in room fee.

Black out inefficace (trop court), infiltration d'air par la fenêtre, coussins trop mous, parquet (sous la moquette) bruyant, absence de coffre-fort !
