The location is ideal so central at a good price, really nice big shower in our room. its easy to find the hotel with a u-bahn stop outside the door!:) plus beautiful view of the ku'damm through the enormous window. unfortunately the first time i used the shower the shower head fell apart, but the hotel staff fixed it quickly. a few little things like old furniture and fittings but they were clean and didn't bother me,kinda retro. great base to explore from but not the place for you if you plan to spend lots of time in your room. |

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The location is great and one can save a lot of money taking a bus the airport instead of a taxi, since the bus stop is very close to the hotel. After flying for 14 hours from Asia to Berlin, I was able to check in my room right after my arrival- in the morning, which made a huge difference for me. |

The Breakfast was sufficiant and good That you had to go to 6.th floor to get key at reception even though all rooms were at lower floor. That means going more often up and down by the lift, which was often in use by others |

Very Very good location. Few meters from U-Bahn. in the very centre of Berlin. In my reservation I have requested double room, but in real life I have got twin. Floor is covered with the carpet and during summer days very difficult to breath because of carpet fug |

We were given a dirty room (dust everywhere ) with a broken bed (broken bed boards and I had to sleep other way around). We were moved the next day to another room but given no discount for putting up with not sleeping in first night. Parking is way to far away for people with luggage packed for month long trips. Had to put up with street noise from open windows as no airconditioning. |

Die Nähe zu Verkehrseinrichtungen und Kaufmöglichkeiten Das Frühstück in der Zeit des "Best Western" - Boulevard war reichhaltiger in Vergleich zum Preis der damaligen Zeit! Das Radio war defekt - ist es aber in den meisten Hotels. Die Tür der Duschkabine ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen. |

Das Hotel ist sehr zenntral gelegen. Es ist in der hähne von einer U-Bahnstation. Es hat eine schöne Dachterasse und eine einladende Lounge. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen überig. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch in anderen Räumen noch verbessert werden (vor allem auf den Böden). |

Das Hotel war sehr Zentral. Hotel selbst hat mir nicht gefallen. Ja, die Zimmersauberkeit war mißerabel. Einige gegenstände in Bad und Zimmer waren lange nicht gereinigt. |

Ontbijt was goed, personeel vriendelijk, terras op dak, erg leuk en lekker zitten, kluis in kamer gratis, lekkere bedden, rustig hotel, goede ligging tov winkels en vervoer, leuk uitzicht. Kamer klein, was wel netjes, maar oud, oude gordijnen,die moelijk open en dicht gaan. Groot raam dat opent dwars over bed heen, geen andere mogelijkheid iets open te zetten. |

Att hotellet ligger central och det gör att mycket lätt man kan åka var som helst i Berlin. Frukostbuffè var mycket bra. |
