Location - this was our second visit The TV is antequated with only CNN news available in english - have you watched CNN for an entire evening?!!! No tea making facilities in room which youn would expect for a hotel of this standard. Also the towels are so hard and in desperate need of a softening agent. |

It is very close to the lake and shops for leisure a great hotel. for business I would not recommend They compensated the rate when I made them aware I booked a comfort room for 1-2 persons and not a single room. The Hotel has 2 buildings I was in the second building ( and only find out when checking in ) and there are no facilties No internet bar or restaurant other then a sauna in the second building. For dinner and breakfast you need to walk 75 100 meters and I can not recommend when it is raining. Thus check what building you will be booked at. Then parking is only for a limted a mount of time close to the Hotel ( the Hotel is a a pedestrain area . For 24 hours parking you will need to go to the public parking garage 200 meters away from the Hotel |

Thre are 2 buildings of the Hotel. The older one is 50 m from lake, without direct view to lake - normal city hotel, quiet location on the side street. Second one is new modern building , polyfuncional where the Hotel is occupying 7 really marvelous seeside appartaments on the first floor with modern desing and furnituring and absolutelly direct Bodensee lake view, sometimes over lake to Swiss. If You would like something extraordinary You need to book Seeside appartaments ( sure more expensive but good money/value ratio !!) , othervise it is normal 3+ star hotel. Missing these important on the portal information about two buildings of Hotel and notice that there is needed to drive to town center through pedestrian zone directly to door of hotel ( it is not prohibited!! ) |

Excellent breakfast. Central location. We booked two rooms, had to move from one because it smelt of smoke and from the other because the lock did not work. |

I liked the location of this hotel. And the best part of the hotel is the restaurant. There were many things I did not like. First and formost my room-it was old and rundown. Apperently there were redone rooms-and very much to my dismay they would not switch me. I was very dissappointed! I tried to talk to the girls at the front desk and they just ignored me and were quite rude! Also there was no air conditioning and it was quite warm. |

convenient location close to lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Large bedroom with sofa and chair. This is our third stay at this Hotel over a 3 year period and we would book again. Whilst we had good weather and it was not a problem for us, staying in the second building could be an issue in colder or wet weather conditions. |

The central location; the size of the room (602); the quiet, civilised atmosphere of the hotel and town. Slow check-out (dial up card connection). I had a train to catch! |

Convenient and local to all necessary amenities. Staff were helpful and welcoming at breakfast the next day. Confusion over price of room booked online. Some confusion about price of room on arrival. I booked online for 69 euros and was nearly charged 89 euros. I had to object quite strongly to this. So my introduction to the hotel systems and charging policy was not very positive. |

good breakfest I think it is not 4 stars hotel: very small room (but I booked a double comfort room) in small building behind main hotel, very noisy street, a little bathroom (toillette?), not comfortable. |

Staff were helpful and friendly I had a single room on the 3rd floor - very small, very hot and stuffy making sleeping almost impossible. I would not recommend the room. |

Excellent location, breakfast and staff. It was also possible to hire bikes direct from the hotel which was handy. The road works outside our window and the squashed flies on the ceiling! |

This is a surprisingly excellent place, very conveniently sited and with really friendly staff. We booked late for a stay on Ascension Day (public holiday) and didn't expect much but the hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. |

Comfortable, quiet, just in the heart of the city, very close to the lake side and to the museum. A lift should be integrated into the main building. |

Handy location with access to shopping, boat trips, buses & trains Lacking personality & serious lack of info on activities, sights to see etc - mostly orientated towards speedy business trips rather than tourists & holiday makers |

Hotel is in a prime location and the staff all speak good English. It is very clean and the rooms are huge! The staff are very helpful. I would have liked there to have been a bar but there is only a restaurant, tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice and it is worth noting that there is no money exchange at the Hotel. |

The area, the style of the "confort" standard room. Parking is complicated. I booked a comfort room but was given a standard room until I complained. |
