Excellent location, breakfast and staff. It was also possible to hire bikes direct from the hotel which was handy. The road works outside our window and the squashed flies on the ceiling! |

This is a surprisingly excellent place, very conveniently sited and with really friendly staff. We booked late for a stay on Ascension Day (public holiday) and didn't expect much but the hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. |

Hotel is in a prime location and the staff all speak good English. It is very clean and the rooms are huge! The staff are very helpful. I would have liked there to have been a bar but there is only a restaurant, tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice and it is worth noting that there is no money exchange at the Hotel. |

The area, the style of the "confort" standard room. Parking is complicated. I booked a comfort room but was given a standard room until I complained. |

The room was great and the food at the restaurant was great. The television (media centre) in the room was very modern but I found it very difficult to operate. I also expected more international (english) channel in the most expensive rooms in the hotel. |

Good size room Very noisy - woken at about 05-00 by moving of chairs, bumping about, water in the plumbing etc. Needs better sound insulation. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel room is is quite big. The hotel corridor floor was really dirty, the last day the elevetor broke down, there was no offer to help with the lagguige. During breakfast the staff is really noisy. |

Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoß war, trotz kühler Witterung total überhitzt. Klimaanlage brachte keine Kühlung. Es standen Ventilatoren im Zimmer. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Es wurde ein Ersatzzimmmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Fernseher ganz schlecht eingestellt. Lärm durch Außengerät der Klimaanlage, die ganze Nacht über. |

Das Appartment bestand aus mehreren großen, sehr sauberen Räumen; im Fernseher waren auch internationale Programme wie cnn eingestellt Das Bad war sehr klein, zum Frühstück gab es ausser äpfeln keine frischen Früchte |
