This hotel is at Main, central and quiet. A tram station is nearby. The breakfast is not included in the price. |

The room was clean and there was free internet access in the foyer, that's about it. They asked us to change room, we agreed to it but they didn't give us time to pack properly, they ushered us out at 10am, our next room was still being cleaned at 6pm. The attitude of the front desk staff was very non chalent about it. They weren't helpful at all. We were on the top floor with no lift access, and the cleaning staff were using the one tiny lift all day long. The car park was very tight and the car lift was very tempramental. This is the first ever bad review I've written of a hotel . |

Excellent location if you need to be in a nice, quiet area near the main train station The heating was not very good, the room was quite cold and it was January. |

It has got a good access to messe (by tram). They didn't allow us an early checkin (we arrived at 11am) and the lounge is very small. |

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen ... Nicht gefällt mir, dass man für den Zugang zum internet (e-mail etc) zusätzlich bezahlen soll; dies gehört für mich zum eingeschlossenen Leistungskatalog! |

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación, por lo que en nuestro caso fué ideal ya que salíamos muy temprano por la mañana. Además está muy cerca del centro. La calefacción era malísima. El radiador del baño no funcionaba y el de la habitación en sí no daba nada de calor. |

La gentillesse du personnel,aussi bien celui de l'entretien des chambres ou j'ai demandé des oreillers supplémentaires,celui de la réception ou du petit-déjeuner.Toujours avec le sourire. La situation de cet hotel par rapport à la gare et le fleuve. Le rapport qualité/prix de la chambre est vraiment valable. Mais je trouve le prix du petit-déjeuner trop élevé. |

Uitstekende ligging dicht bij het station en het centrum. Zeer goed, uitgebreid en gevrarieerd ontbijt. Zeer rustig gelegen: geen lawaai. |

Helles, freundliches und geräumiges Zimmer. Großes Badezimmer. Frühstück sehr gut (u. a. Bacon, Rührei, Würstchen, Lachs, Müsli, frisches Obst, Kuchen). Für die Größe des Hotels relativ großer Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel ist gut vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen, auch das Zentrum befindet sich in Laufweite. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Keine Klimaanlage. Frühstück mit 14 Euro etwas zu teuer. Bahnhofsgegend wirkt abends etwas unheimlich. Man kann aber alternativ bei gutem Wetter vom Eisernen Steg am Mainufer zum Hotel laufen. |
