Location was very near the zail street and also was very good breakfest and room!

Almost all tv channels in German. I missed at least one music channel.

I booked for super room and I informed them that I need smoking room and I paid for super room after I recived to hotel they give me the normal room and they not change to me the price and I was very upset from this point

internet access needs to reenter the user id and password every time you leave you device for a while.

staff was not good enough. the rooms were not clean. i cant say anything good about this hotel, they deserve 2 star max.

The receptionist who worked on desk when we arrived on the morning of 19 dec was so rude to me and my famil and also another couple if we had not prepaid we would have left and she was rude until we left two days later

The price and location were great. I was very pleased with how friendly the staff were, they bent over backwards to help us!

Location is very special, just few minutes walk to markets, Main rever and all other city center attraction places.

Extremely close to the shopping area. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious.

At the eight floor the lifting mechanism of the elevator is kinda noisy

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was €14 but plenty of variety.

The rooms were tiny. Couldn't swing a cat in them. We had a triple room & it was like a very small double room. Bathroom was tiny too. No tea or coffee facilities but there was a mini bar.
