Oui j'ai pas aimé du tout ,Quand je suis arrivé a l'hotel ,ils m'ont declarés que l'hotel etait over booking .deplacement en taxi a leur frais mais a +_ 25km du centre dans un hotel pas du tout de la meme categorie mais au meme prix et en plus une note de taxi le lendemain matin de 29 euro pour revenir au centre |

La tranquilite dans l'hotel nous etions au 8eme etage Le fait que j ais envoye un mail et n'est jamais recu de reponse que j'ais du telephone, que je les avait prevenu de notre arrivee de bonne heure que la chambre n'etait pas prete et qu'on a propose une chambre plus chere que nous avons du accepter pour cause de fatigue et on a même pas eu un geste comercial envers nous. |

i staied at the hotel for 9 nights it was near to zail street wicth is the most important street in frankfurt also near the subway, it was clean te breakfast was good. not all the reciption staff talk english, there is no cofee in the room, the internet was chargable, no safe in the room also the reciption, no one help us with luggage. it's like help your self hotel |

location is ideal for shopping and for the gay scene bars/clubs etc. disappointed a littlle this time with the service and room,as was upgraded on my last stay at this hotel. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was so nice and friendly. There were several bars so close to hotel for a last drink before going to sleep. The size of the room and the bathroom were so small. Especially the bathroom. There was also a terrible smell arising out of the bath curtain. Anyhow the location of the hotel may worth everything. |

Really a very comfortable location, it was in the centre, the room was very nice and clean, we really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was little bit too small |

It was a very good hotel, clean, comfortable, well located, decent breakfast included in room price, an altogether very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful and polite. One problem only - free coffee/tea are advertised, but in fact each cup needs to be prepared upon request by the reception staff, so in the end one becomes reluctant to ask. They need to have a self-serve pot or machine, it would not be expensive, but would considerably increase the comfort level for the guests. |

It was a convenient location near a major U-Bahn stop. The room, at the back of the hotel and on the 8th floor, was very quiet. The website did not explain that the bathroom had a "demi-tub," a little thing that a person can only sit in, not stretch out properly for a bath. Also, the room was smaller than the website led me to expect. All in all, I did not think that the room was good value for the money. |

The hotel is close to a subway station, which is very very convinient to get arround the city and the airport. The internet access in the room is too expensive - 4 Eueo per hour, (we have to rely the one free internet connection in the lobby to check our email messages.) |

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. The breakfast is great! My room in the 9th floor was more than small. Besides the elevator goes only till the 8th floor, after that the stair. Not nice if you travel with the luggage. |

Everything was finished to the last detail, clean,working, easy to maintain and convenient to use. I would suggest next time when they decide to upgrade the bathrooms, to plan to install drainage in the bathroom floors, not only in the tubs. |
