Staff was very friendly, had a couple issues- solved immediately. They also gave me a nice piece of chocolate when I checked in- hey, that's an a+ in my book (chocolate trumps all!). Single room is pretty small, roughly 150 sq ft bed area + bathroom/closet.

Very nice hotel room full of luxury wood, good location for city trip or shopping. Staff was not so nice. They were not so well speaking English I´d expected in this brand of hotel.

Clean, comfortable and quite well equipped. not close but well connected (3 metro stops) from city center Breakfast is definitely too expensive if compared to offer. Outside parking small and quite expensive too (should be for free at least outside)

Good breakfast, nice spacious rooms at a good price. There we some very noisy people in the room next door to mine coming in and going out for Octoberfest, but this wasn't the hotel's fault.

Freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Unaufdringliches Wellcome-Getränk und -Obst an der Rezeption. Das mit € 15 extra zu bezahlende Frühstück ist den Preis nicht wert: keinerlei Fisch, ganz schwache Salatvariation, kein Vollkornbrot, kein Gemüse. - Das Geld besser sparen und woanders frühstücken!

Preis Leistung .. und das reichhaltige frühstücksbuffet. Freundlich Atmosphäre. Tiefgarage. Leider wahr der Lieft defekt.. Und die Baustelle vor der Türe ermöglichte es nur bei geschlossenen Fenster zu schlaffen.

Die Lage, der Preis, die Parkmöglichkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die absolut schlecht, obwohl neu und auch meiner Meinung nach mit Geschmack, renovierten Zimmer. "Wasserhahn lose, sämtliche Halter für Utensilien lose nicht richtig in der Wand befestigt, Dusche undicht und auch nicht kompl. verfließt.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und nach Möglichkeit hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit der sanitären Räumlichkeit war nicht ausreichend. Der Fitnessraum ist mit alten wackeligen Geräten ausgestattet und die angepriesene Sauna war ausgeschaltet. Das wlan (offen) hatte auf dem Zimmer nur sehr schlechten Empfang. Wenn man das Hotel spezifisch mit solchen Ausstattungsmerkmalen bucht, wird man enttäuscht.

парковка весьма удобна 1. номер недостаточно чистый - заглянув под кровать, обнаружили двухмесячный слой пыли. 2. вайфай постоянно тупил - то отрубался то еще чего. не предусмотрено использование интернета двумя компьютерами из одного номера. 3. огромная щель в балконной двери - из-за этого было очень прохладно в номере. 4. бесплатная питьевая вода - только из-под крана. собственно говоря, теперь эта сеть отелей вычеркнута из нашей жизни.

“The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a vast selection of very good and healthy food. My husband and I enjoyed being in the center of the City of Stuttgart with all of its excitement, shopping, restaurants and eating places. The city was lively at night with young people, families and older folks like us. We were able to walk from our hotel room to all of this in the city center within five to ten minutes.
