Friendliness and helpfullness of the staff Unfortunately, the location. The abondoned and derelct buildings nearby do not offer a good feeling when first arriving. I appreciate, this is something you have no control over....it is just unfortunate for you.

Very clean room with comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good. The hotel is situated in a strange city location, next to a warehouse.

Wir waren erfreut über die freundlichkeit aller mitarbeiter im hotel, über die sauberkeit und das preis/leistungsverhältnis ... obwohl etwas ausserhalb vom zentrum leipzig`s gelegen, guter ausgangspunkt zur erkundung der stadt....sehr ruhige umgebung.... Dieses best western kann ich nur empfehlen !

Wir hatten dieses Hotel aus Anlass einer Goldenen Hochzeit, die dort gefeiert wurde und auf Grund von Empfehlung von Freunden gewählt. Es hat uns von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und besonders freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und das Essen zur Feier war spitze. Leider war das Spielzimmer für die Kinder auf Grund der Silvestervorbereitungen geschlossen. Obwohl es uns zugesichert wurde hatten Blumen und Sektgläser darin den Vorrang.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze ; große Zimmer ;für diese Preisklasse sehr grosse Betten ( 2 mal 1,50 mal 2 Meter ) gute Küche ; sehr freundliches Personal : ruhige Lage ;gute Strassenbahnverbindung zur Innenstadt; Zimmerservice :Kaffee und Tee rund um die Uhr kostenlos auf s Zimmer Raucherzimmer ! Heizung im Badezimmer erscheint provisorisch .

Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Freundliches Personal insgesamt. Die Betten sind zu hart. Es fehlt eine Zwischentür zum Korridor. Bei Feiern im Haus ist der Krach vom Korridor störend. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.

Sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Große Doppelzimmer. Frühstück okay. Ruhige aber zugleich abgeschiedene Lage. Ausser Hotelrestaurant keine weiteren Lokale/Restaurants in der Nähe. Altes Industriegebiet. Allerdings Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt vorhanden, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal gehen auf wünsche der Gäste ein würde auch wieder Buchen. Der Kaffee könnte etwas besser schmecken oder verschiedene Sorten angeboten werden,leider ist auch kein Kuchen Angebot vorhanden.Die Speisekarte ist auch nicht sehr ergiebig.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet sich die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn und von dort aus kann man ohne Umsteigen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fahren (ca. 20 Minuten). Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bitte unbedingt Rechnungen (z. B.. Getränke an der Bar) genau kontrollieren. Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmr mit Balkon erhalten. Leider war im 3. Stock kein Internetanschluß vorhanden, so dass wir mit dem Laptop ins Erdgeschoß gehen mußten.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Service waren sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen. Vorspeise gut. Abgesehen dass zu einem Pfeffertopf auch Pfeffer gehört war das Hauptgericht nicht sehr warm. Durch nochmaliges aufwärmen in der Mikrowelle sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kroketten liefen aus. Hier hätte man durchaus frische auflegen sollen. Fleisch war dann zu durch. Spricht nicht für den Chefkoch. Über den Föhn im Bad sollte man einmal nachdenken.
