Accesul la internet a fost imposibil in camera.

The staff, breakfast, quietness and cleanness of the room and the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. Good tram service to city.

Shabby location (next to a derelict building).

Breakfast was extremely good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel décor was outdated and the rate of 80 euro for one night was a little bit too much for what the experience was worth.

Don't get scared when you see the pannel building from the outside, it looks bad, but it is quite well maintained inside, though the equipment seems to be many years old. Far from the city centre but not a problem if you come by car. Amazing cleaning lady - she was super-fast and pleasant at the same time.

Slow and sometimes no wi-fi connection, cold rooms ven with heating on maximum (my taste), location, the older woman at the reception had bad English and didn't smile even once, that gives very mean and unfriendly impression, the young guy receptionist was more helpful, but we wouldn't come again or recommend this place - we only booked it because Leipzig was really full during the first weekend of December. Too expensive for it's standard! (we had 3 rooms, all the same equipment and one of them facing a rail track where trains pass).

Good standard hotel for reasonable price. Good place to stay for one night.

Far from city center. Not good for siteseeing.

The staff, the staff and the staff. Herr Frulesch (not sure about spelling) captain of the breakfast crew made sure our most important meal of the day was served cheerfully & to our satisfaction. The room was also 3 times bigger than the one I had in the Best Western City Center. Lots of space and greenery. The restaurant overlooks a garden.

I was initially shocked at the distance away from the city center. But then found the tram station a short 5 min walk from hotel. Although it was a good 30 min ride to the city center, it gave me a chance to see the suburbs of Leipzig and enjoy a much quieter environment to unwind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we were forced to change our reservation from 2 days to 1 day (the situation happen during our stay) and there were no problems for them to make it possible even when the check out time passed. Thanks a lot!

Sehr freundliches Personal

Betten zu hart und Fahrstuhl zu langsam

Das freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal! Das großzügige Zimmer, das feine Frühstück mit freundlicher Bedienung, die Ruhe, der Grünraum rundherum. Straßenbahnnähe. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel. Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Il parcheggio, la cordialita' dello staff, la pulizia, non e' rumoroso, le camere sono ampie e comode.

Lo staff nel ristorante dell'hotel non parla praticamente inglese (quindi con possibile errore di ordinazione). La posizione non e' centrale, l'hotel e' scomodo da raggiungere.

Die Geräumigkeit des Zimmers und des Bades

Meine Wünsche wurden nicht erfüllt: Hatte 2 Zimmer nebeneinander reserviert sowie getrennte Betten. Beides wurde nicht erfüllt.
