some of the staff very good - location excellent - breakfast good - price ok - free internet great help hated the bed as way too soft - room seemed to be very hot and couldnt find a temperature control - had requested a double room and got a twin but it was nice and quiet as requested so that wasnt major issue - lack of gym in hotel

The location is superb. It's a nice clean basic hotel. It's not a hotel to relax and unwind. More suited to a short stay without any frills. Every morning at around 6.30 am they take out the garbage at the back of the hotel. It is impossible to sleep thru the noise as they drag bin after bin to the refuse truck. This goes on for about 30 minutes so be prepared for an early start. A friend of ours stayed at the front of the hotel and they said they had the very same problem. On going for breakfast just before 10am there was no bacon available. I asked a female staff member if I could get some and she said they stopped serving it at 10am though the restaurant serves breakfast until 10.30 am. My wife asked another staff member and he cheerfully brought a plate of bacon to our table.

Very helpfull staff...good breakfast...and good location,near the underground and bus stop...no far from city center... Noisy inside and outside...old TV...old furniture...the peanuts and almonds in the room tray were expired date 2008!!!...in the Hotel information book,the breakfast time started everyday at 6:30 am ,but they didn't inform the clients that on Sunday starts at 7:30am!...so I had to be at the aeroport at 8:00am,I didn't had time for breakfast that was included in the price...

Everything! We were made to feel at home and it was a real value for money stay - try staying in a hotel as good as this in another european capital city, then compare your bill on check-out! The weather was very hot and our room was at the front of the hotel. The windows do a remarkable job of keeping out the street noise - but when you need to have them open the noise from traffic goes on all night. Next time we stay in summer we will request a room at the back of the hotel.

Wir hatten ein Komfortzimmer in ruhiger Lage ( zum hübschen Innenhof). Das Zimmer 318 war geräumig, einfach mobiliert, kleiner TV aber sehr gute Betten, viel Platz im Schrank, schönes Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Die Zimmer werden nach 12 Uhr täglich gesäubert, man wird nicht frühzeitig durch Lärm der Staubsauger usw. geweckt, man hat seine Intimität in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist umfangsreich, frisch und schmackhaft, es wird immer rechtzeitig nachgefüllt und es gab keine Platzprobleme, freundlicher Service. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, S-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel, man kommt schnell überall hin. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Karstadt, Wilmersdorfer Arkaden, Media Markt usw.). Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und im Sommer würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind wahrscheinlich etwas laut. Der Rezeptionsraum ist etwas klein und von aussen her sieht das Hotel nicht besonders aus aber es ist sauber. Nebenan ist ein Mc Donalds und dieses ist nicht sauber, es liegen lauter Verpackungen auf dem Boden und das macht einen schlechten Eindruck, wenn man in das Hotel hineinkommt.

Die gute bzw. Nahe Lage zur City. Es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht wirklich 4 Sterne würdig. Wir haben schon in einigen Best Western 4 Sterne Häusern übernachtet und da wesentlich mehr Auswahl gehabt. Ein gutes Beispiel: Die Eier waren aus.
