This was our second stay in this hotel. It is now a firm favourite. Last time we went the weather was very warm and the hotel was hot. This time we went (March) was colder and the hotel room was just as hot! There seems to be no way to adjust the room temperature and I have no idea how the room is heated but it was way too warm - hence the 'fair' rating for comfort.

some of the staff very good - location excellent - breakfast good - price ok - free internet great help hated the bed as way too soft - room seemed to be very hot and couldnt find a temperature control - had requested a double room and got a twin but it was nice and quiet as requested so that wasnt major issue - lack of gym in hotel

- Very good breakfast - excellent room cleanliness - good location if one attends an event / conference at ICC - Basic confort - loudness from the big street which hotel faces - facilities, like wellness outside of the hotel

The location is superb. It's a nice clean basic hotel. It's not a hotel to relax and unwind. More suited to a short stay without any frills. Every morning at around 6.30 am they take out the garbage at the back of the hotel. It is impossible to sleep thru the noise as they drag bin after bin to the refuse truck. This goes on for about 30 minutes so be prepared for an early start. A friend of ours stayed at the front of the hotel and they said they had the very same problem. On going for breakfast just before 10am there was no bacon available. I asked a female staff member if I could get some and she said they stopped serving it at 10am though the restaurant serves breakfast until 10.30 am. My wife asked another staff member and he cheerfully brought a plate of bacon to our table.

Very helpfull staff...good breakfast...and good location,near the underground and bus stop...no far from city center... Noisy inside and outside...old TV...old furniture...the peanuts and almonds in the room tray were expired date 2008!!!...in the Hotel information book,the breakfast time started everyday at 6:30 am ,but they didn't inform the clients that on Sunday starts at 7:30am!...so I had to be at the aeroport at 8:00am,I didn't had time for breakfast that was included in the price...

Everything! We were made to feel at home and it was a real value for money stay - try staying in a hotel as good as this in another european capital city, then compare your bill on check-out! The weather was very hot and our room was at the front of the hotel. The windows do a remarkable job of keeping out the street noise - but when you need to have them open the noise from traffic goes on all night. Next time we stay in summer we will request a room at the back of the hotel.

Ideaal gelegen om bij het centrum te geraken. Metro om de hoek. Treinstation op 400 m. Hotel ligt op 100 m van de winkelstraat. Kamer in orde. Prima ontbijt. Goede keuze.

Prima locatie. Prachtige ruime kamers. Goed, vriendelijk personeel. Parkeervoorziening bleek net iets te klein voor onze auto (Ford Mondeo met trekhaak). Uiteindelijk buiten (im hof) gezet.
