Logistiliselt väga hea asukoht. Bussipeatus maja ees, metroopeatus maja kõrval. Hotelli personal väga abivalmis ja sõbralik. Võimaldati hilisem väljaregistreerimine ilma lisatasu küsimata. Super-rikkalik hommikusöök.

Great location, very nice, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

Too warm at night. Had to keep window open for cooler, fresh air. that made it noisy. There's no air conditioning! I still recommend this hotel, but look at weather forecast. November through mid March, definitely.

Close to transport links and shopping. Good restaurants close by. Good breakfast

No real bar area. Wireless needed individual passwords

Location, location, location. A U-Bahn station was located right across the street from the hotel which made it very easy to get anywhere we needed to go. Taxis stopped right at the door, as well as buses. There was a nice coffee house a couple of doors down from the hotel that stayed open relatively late and served great drinks as well as an excellent donner kebab place right round the corner. The was a small shopping mall across the street as well as a few restaurants nearby too.

The hotel did not have our reservation when we checked in. The front desk was understaffed and the individual at reception did not seem to know what they were doing. As I stood there waiting for someone to assist me with my reservation, the front desk person shuffled me off to the side without explaining what she was doing to try to resolve my issue, in order to check in three other couples. One couple was extremely rude to the desk clerk and they were still given better service than we were as their booking had not been lost. There was one other person working in the office who refused to come out to assist the person at the desk who was obviously overwhelmed. Luckily, I had booked and confirmed through booking.com so when it looked as though the front desk person was just going to keep serving other guests without even trying to assist me with my issue, I called booking.com's customer service number for assistance. The customer service rep understood my dilemma and quickly took charge of the situation asking that I hand my phone to the front desk clerk. Whatever he said to her seemed to work as she quickly went into the office and had a discussion with the other staff member that refused to make an appearance through all of this. Booking.com's staff member advised me what to do if the hotel could not accommodate us and assured me that they would ensure that we weren't stranded without lodging for the week we had booked. Besides the reservation SNAFU, the hotel also did not have anyone available to help us with our luggage unlike every other hotel we had stayed at during our month long trip to Europe. When we asked if there was a bellman or even a luggage cart we could use to take our bags to our room, I was met with a blank stare and a reply of , "umm..." needless to say I quickly retracted my question and my partner and I just made several trips to bring our luggage to our room.

at I liked was the location.It connects well to most parts of Berlin

We had to leave early in the morning(07.30) and since it was a holiday there was no breakfast.The breadroll they made for us waus made the night before and was obviously left in the fridge all night.A cup of coffee we finally managed to get as the taxi arrived so we had to leave half of it. Internet was very erratic.

A friendly, efficient and comfortable place in a lovely city.

The location which is near many shops and close to the metro.

No A/C - room is not ventilated enough. I asked to have a short shuttle to the nearest metro station (500 meters) due to heavy lugaage but was refused.

Very clean, excellent location next to U-Bahn and Charlottenburg station. Walking distance to Kurfurstendamm attractions.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modern interieur, zeer proper, goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel, soms wat onzeker aan de receptie (trainee ?). Uitgebreid en vers buffetontbijt, aangename ontbijtruimte. Aanwezigheid van eigen, afgesloten parking. Heel veel horeca zaken in de onmiddellijke omgeving. Nabijheid van openbaar vervoer (U-baan 50m, S-baan 150 m, bushalte voor de deur).

Omgeving (ietwat banlieu-achtig). Prijs parking (20 euro/nacht) (op 100m afstand is er een publiek parkeerhuis à 10 euro/nacht). Geen minibar op de kamer, hoewel er steeds naar verwezen wordt. Erg kleine bar + geen eigen restaurant. Bijna alle restaurants in de buurt zijn erg klein, vele smoezelig en met buitenlandse keukens (thai, chinees, turks, italiaans, noem het maar...).

Der var alt for varmt på værelserne, især om natten. Lå ud mod vejen så man kunne ikke lukke vinduet op.

Практически все - не первый раз останавливаюсь , в этот приезд появился бесплатный кофе рядом с рецепшин...

Хорошая опция - чайник в номере ( отсутствовал )...
