Without a doubt the breakfast. It was the best buffet of the 9 hotels we visited on our trip. Parking is excellent and it is located just 15min walk from the center of Rothenberg.

Ideally located just a short walk from the beautiful walled town of Rothenburg ob der Talber with the best Christmas Shop we have seen anywhere in the world. Take a camera. No bad points whatsoever.

Easy access to train station.The rooms are very clean. Friendly hosts. 1st day, Wifi was not free. I payed 4.50 euro per 6 hours. But 2nd day, Wifi was free. I didn't know that system.

It is 10 mins walk from the train station and the room is big and clean. Breakfast is good. Internet speed is not very fast. Room is quiet. The pillow is too flat.

Hotel is walkable from train station. It is clean, staff helpful and frendly. It is NOT associated with Best Western Hotels. The WiFi connection was very slow, sometimes it took hours to send a message. Shower is tiny if you are a big person.

Great location, an easy walk to the gate. The single bed was small as was the room, but it was very comfortable and I slept well. Perhaps it was the walking. . . very nice breakfast included a very good capuccino

Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre,sehr individuell und geschmackvoll dekoriert,originell.WLan wird noch optimiert,sehr nützlich!Insgesamt liebevolle Betreuung!Toll! LKW/Bus stehen früh an der Zimmerseite und lassen über 30 Min.Motor laufen.Nicht gut!

Es war wunderschön dekoriert und richtig weihnachtlich. Der Capuchino ist suuuuper! Sehr nette Angestellte Im Zimmer hat es komisch gerochen ! Neuer Teppich??

Sehr gutes Frühstück, angenehme Atmosphäre! Nicht weit weg von der Stadt, dafür gut zum Parken, was in der Stadt oft schwierig ist. Obwohl an einer größeren Straße gelegen, war es nicht laut. Aussicht auf den Schrottplatz nebenan ist nicht so toll.

Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung. "In die Jahre gekommen". Bett war nicht gut, Rückenschmerzen. Auf einem Flyer war Hotel als Best Western deklariert, aber auf nachfrage schon 1 Jahr kein Best Western Partner mehr, also habe ich meine Bonuspunkte nicht bekommen.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir 4 Übernachtungen gebucht hatten, erhielten wir ein größeres Zimmer. Der Rundumbalkon, für jedes Zimmer hätte eine Abtrennung vorhanden sein müssen. Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Hotel di medio livello con camere spaziose e abbastanza silenziose. Colazione valida anche se migliorabile. La posizione non è ottimale per visitare la città, e il fatto che l'hotel non fornisca alcun tipo di ristorazione oltre alla colazione del mattino, obbliga gli ospiti a tornare in centro per la cena (circa un Km a piedi). Leggermente caro in rapporto all'ubicazione.

Es gab ein sehr gutes Früstück. Zimmer waren ebenfalls gut. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass auf den Zimmern ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Service freundlich. Die Lage zur Stadt war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen und auch empfehlen.

“Perfect location for a first night of vacation. Rothenburg is an adorable walled city just a couple of hours by car from Frankfurt. The hotel Frei is easy to find, right inside the city walls. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We have two teenage sons who loved staying in this hotel, mainly for the breakfast but also because it was so close to the main part of town we could easily walk around.
